They need to install something to block the heat loss from the bus shelters, like sliding doors or the plastic flaps from big refrigerators, ether way limiting the ability for air to leak from the shelters will slow the massive heat loss and will make the radiation based heaters actualy work and not end up 99% pointless and a total waste of energy and taxes. After all if all the energy ends up outside the shelter was it ever worth it?

I’ll met Darylin named bus driver today in R12 and OMG she is so nice lady . she always come on time and she dropped me at bower 5 mins early before the R3 left.
We really want her to drive R12 Gasoline Alley, nice driving skills.

and there is one white short old lady usually drives the R12 bus.. she never comes on time and everytime My second bus gets missed and have to wait outside for half an hour for the next bus. she is so rude.

I’m standing front of bus stop in gasoline ale. The bus number R12 driver didn’t stop bus there and I had to wait for 30 minutes. Which made me feel too much angry that time. I don’t know the reason why driver didn’t stop bus for me. It’s happened first time with me.

Route 4 is so unpredictable with stop times, Real Time bus map for the route cannot be trusted 80% of the time

I met a very abusive and aggressively angry man who works at the terminal today. He should not work around any people, since he couldn’t be respectful or a normal level of frustrated around polite people. Please take a hard look at staff and let go any violent tempered people.

While their payment technology could certainly be updated (I was shocked that there was no scan and pay with an app on my phone and that I could just top up my pass from wherever, whenever), the drivers have all been friendly and knowledgeable when either I or other passengers have asked questions. I have also witnessed efforts made when one bus is late to make sure that if there are others transferring to another bus there is a contact made so that it doesn't leave without them. All in all it's been a good experience.

Buses should not rush through there routes. I was 5 minutes early for the bus a d it did not show. And if the bus is canceled they should send someone to pick up so your customers are not late for work. We pay to depend on these bus. And its hard as it is to take them when they are not full service. We are very limited to where we can work and time. Buses should go back to normal like every were else.

Just witnessed a Bus driver realize a young boy was on the wrong bus and she organized a pick-up on a better route for him so he would be on time to school, Red Deer needs more of this tbh
