Would definitely recommend Olds Moving! Right from the start. Upon calling they showed up on site to view and quote our project. Unlike those movers who want you to send a email of what you have to move. 🙄. Come moving day they were on time and worked quickly and efficiently packing and moving all items carefully. Dismantling furniture and reassembling on the other end. An outstanding service by some very hard working folks. I appreciate their work ethic and drive to get things done. Made the move so much easier with this team. Highly recommended.

We used Olds Moving for a short haul from our storage unit to our new home once we took possession. I arranged things a couple of weeks in advance and was quoted a fair detailed price of what to expect. They arrived within the arranged time and were professional and efficient. They movers were organized and we could tell they were a good team. We have had poor service with other companies recently during our relocating of family to the area and Olds Moving Ltd. made us feel we made the correct choice.

I would recommend them for any moving needs short or far.

Excellent service. Movers showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were a great team. Pricing per hour was reasonable. Only flag was an additional charge for 1 hour to travel to and from job plus a gas surcharge. If you are paying for gas an additional travel charge seems excessive. People usually don't get paid to travel to the work site or home. Something for them to consider. Other than that it was a very smooth move, the three movers were very pleasant and hard workers which is hard to find these days. Would highly reccomend them.

I have use other moving companies before and found Olds Moving to be excellent. It was a 3 man crew they started at 9:00 It was for a long haul. They loaded then drove 2 1/2 to 3 hours . They arrived at the location within the expected time. Had not stopped for lunch. They unloaded a good part of the load then took a short break. There only break. Then completed unloading. They worked very hard and strived to place everything where I wanted. I would use them again anytime . Excellent Service

I wouldn't recommend these guys .

They are pleasant to deal with until something goes wrong or gets wrecked.
If you talk to them to sort out issues they give you a bunch of excuses and stories till you get frustrated and ticked off.
The owner was willing to meet with me till I asked that his mover join us to get the stories straight, at hearing this he said he didn't like my tone and refused to meet. He hung up on me.
The movers denied doing damage to a $4000 chair and lied about wanting to charge me 3 hrs to take a desk apart to move it......

I did it in 20 minutes.

They did a quote of $1300 a month before the move.
They came in and went through the whole house to do the quote.

The bill was $2500.

They say there was more stuff than expected.

They also use their "Christianity" as a cop out for the way they deal with issues. I say this cause that's what I was told. " We are Christian's and wouldn't do this or lie about it . They also threatened to " Take Action" if we didn't drop the subject. After trying to reach them over a 6 hr period yesterday to ask what they meant by that... I was told I was harassing them... They never answered the phone when we called. Finally at the end of their business hours I left a message. If you get upset due to them overcharging and wrecking their stuff they will accuse you of being abusive and if you try to reach them they will ignore your calls and threaten to charge you with harrassment. I didn't know they were screening our calls. Joanne and I both tried them throughout the day. I guess trying to reach them to sort thing out is harassment.

I know a lot of people have had good luck with them.

Just be warned if anything goes wrong..
Based on our experience,,
They will change their attitude drastically !

Before you book with them make sure they have insurance.

One of their staff members backed the moving truck into my daughters van.

They have refused to provide insurance information and now we have to get the police involved.

It has been 6 weeks so far and they're still stalling us.

Their stalling is a tactic to allow time to pass so that they could claim that they are not responsible for the full extent of the damage they caused. Which they are.

Truly disappointed in the company- I had been a big supporter and recommended to others.

Other than the 5k in property damage, they were great.
