Upon entering the dealership, Charles came over and welcomed me. He was down to earth, genuine, and easy to connect with. He wasn’t afraid to receive our questions, and hear our concerns. He never tried to rush us off, but rather he went to work trying to work with us to find a vehicle that would match our preference and budget. Communication back and forth with Charles was very effective and efficient. Over a couple of days, it was a smooth process to test drive a couple of vehicles, including one that they brought in from another dealership a couple of hours away, just so we could see and test drive. Very accommodating! Sales Manager Kyle was great to talk with too, and showed his interest in our shopping experience, taking steps working to earn our business. While we didn’t find the vehicle we were looking for this time at this dealership, we are committed to checking in with them again when we are ready for any future purchase, and would easily recommend Charles and this team to someone looking for a vehicle right now. We believe you will receive great customer service from these folks as we have!

I have been meaning to post a review for awhile now. A few months ago I purchased a new Ram from Charles. He was awesome to deal with and made it a quick and easy process. Love the truck and appreciate the competitive pricing. John behind the counter always makes sure I am looked after as well. Great bunch of guys and gals that I totally recommend!

Recently bought a used car from Summit Ram in Ponoka and Charles made the process a breeze! He was able to accommodate my budget and requests while creating a friendly and professional environment. Right upon entering, I was warmly welcomed, and Charles came right over. The process of test driving and asking questions about the truck was very easy and open. Upon deciding to buy a new truck, the financing end with Shantel was also an incredibly professional process. After the purchase, they have reached out to make sure all is good, and have been able to answer some lingering questions I had, in good time, and with accurate and informed information. I have told many people about my positive experience, and will continue to do so.

5 stars after trying to find a vehicle in edmonton with no luck because everyone was just trying to push us into a vehicle that didn't fit my needs I decided to look closer to home and went to summit ponoka where i had the pleasure of meeting Charles! he was patient with us and found us options that would fit my family's needs and mine (I didn't wanna drive a mini van). Charles was friendly and informational I gotta say the customer service with him was great! ask for Charles he's awesome!

Had a wonderful experience with everyone at this dealership. Had all the advantages of a small town feel, as well as flexible, willing to work with us, gave us a great deal and friendly. This the worst dealer in ALL of dodge history. I wish we could leave 0 stars. The place has fallen apart. The GM doesn’t even call back when I tracked him down to Parkland Chrysler… be aware same GM!! We have had our Ram Promaster serviced here since new. Prior to a great employee leaving we were extremely satisfied with Ponoka Dodge, great staff, great people and great work. To start, its, happened twice now that the techs FAILED to inflated a cargo vans tires properly. JIM service manager said he’s instructed his crews to make sure tires are inflated properly, (we wonder why accidents on QE2 perhaps dealers cut corners) Jim has said that I could bring the van back they would fill and adjust the tires with air. I said the tires are filled with nitrogen and is it safe to fill nitrogen filled tires with air and he said it’s a SNAKE oil scam that sales does! So I need to use my van and the tires aren’t inflated properly. JIM has said bring it back and he will use air….I asked what if something happens with failed tires not inflated properly and I cause an accident What about me or someone else? I asked is that okay? This dealer has fallen apart. Between lies, scams, and treating employees like trash. Maybe the GM will return my call after this review. Taking it to Chrysler Canada. Take your money and run away from the lies and incompetence of this place.

I just purchased a new truck here, and the experience was excellent. The salesperson Charles was straightforward and helpful in finding a vehicle that suited our needs. The finance manager Shantel was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in getting our purchase completed. Overall, I appreciated that I didn’t feel like they were playing the games that people have come to expect from car dealerships.
