Wow the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Oh wait I have never met. I have been going to this store since I moved to Ponoka about three years ago. Never met or had any dealing with the owner I am assuming that's who she was. But to be pet friendly and come out of the back getting mad cause my dog was barking. Wow dogs bark and you are pet friendly not to mention that there is a dog grooming in the same building. Don't go to your customers saying that the dog barking is unacceptable and that your big dog that was barking in the back and slam the door. Very unprofessional. Never going back. Sorry the the good staff there that I like. You know who you are
