My family recently used Sherwood Park limo for our transportation to and from the airport for our family vacation. This was the first time we ever used them and only found them on Google so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They exceeded all expectations. Our driver Josh was early, kind, and very helpful. I
even moved the pick up time numerous times and they were very accommodating. My kids felt like rockstars arriving and being picked up at the airport in a stretch SUV limo. It was amazing not having to worry about airport transportation for our family vacation. It may seem like an expensive option for airport transportation but once you factor in the parking fees it’s well worth the extra money to have one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Very unimpressed with this company. My sister scheduled her limo months in advance for her wedding. On the day of the event we waited at the house for our driver and when they didn't show up we called and were told it was on the way. When it still didn't show up we called again for an ETA and were told it would be 45-60 minutes before he would get there. At this point she was going to be late for her first look so luckily someone drove her while the bridesmaids had to wait around for another car to come. While my sister was almost in tears because she was going to miss out on photos on a very important day, I called the company back and spoke with the guy who didn't have the right itinerary so he must have messed up our booking with another one. I gave him very straight forward precise coordinates of the location we needed to go to and he wanted an address instead which is tough as it was an open field off the highway. While he was trying to find out what happened we were able to jump into an SUV and make it to the location where we were needed. So not only did they miss the arrival time, they missed an entire pick up location. After calling back 3 times they were finally able to find a contract driver to come and pick us up at the second location. The limo itself was fine and the driver was great but that did not make up for the horrible experience. The three times I spoke with the guy on the phone he apologized but he didn't seem to worried about the stress this was causing and was more worried about making sure the driver was going to get paid (He did of course we do not blame the driver at all!). They offered a slightly discounted price but seeing as they missed 20% of locations this didn't seem fair. My sister has gone back through (her very organized) emails to make certain everything was booked properly and our scheduled itinerary was right on our end, which it was. She has now had to call/email and text with this company to get her deposit back and they are just not being helpful. If you are having a very important day with a set timeline I would look for another company because this one doesn't seem to care if it arrives on time or not.

Very high quality service, I reserved the Cadillac suv for a date night. He arrived right on time. The Cadillac was clean, maintained and very modern, I've had car services before with other companies and the vehicles were old and not classy at all, this was! The driver was also top notch had a very nice bottle of wine presented in a beautiful box with nice glasses, 👌
