Needed 2 rides downtown Edmonton on 2 different days at different times. Dispatch took good care of us and had cars arrive at our home at the promised time to make it to our appointments on time. Drivers were very helpful and understanding given that my wife has a physical handicap and needs extra time. I have a new appreciation for how hard it is to be a taxi driver. Please think about it before you crap on someone who works hard every day to make a living.

Manpreet is a great guy! Great airport service. My pick up times are always on time. Give them a call for your next airport run. He will have it all set up so he's there to pick you up when you return. Great drivers in the fleet!

Booked online and did not get any confirmation. Proceeded to book with another company who confirmed pick up. Unfortunately Flat Rate showed up a bit before pick up time and the other company. It was a 3:15 am to the airport. I did not confirm with driver which company he was. It unfortunately left the other company that confirmed without our business. Poor system where there is no follow up with customer to confirm. Will not be using Flat Rate in the future.

I book a cab today from time to time Hortons by Walmart going to Element Drive North. To no avail, the stupid driver charge me $10 without using a meter. I told him we are only charge $7 when we used Apple cab from our work to our place and he said it is imposible. But it’s more impossible that we are paying $10 without using a meter and just put $10 on the machine for us to pay. That’s total bullshit

Worst Cab company , brought us down for a concert arranged pick up and they where no show. Called the Cab company no answer to multiple phone and stuck at Commonwealth for 2 hours past Concert.
