Absolute garbage taxi service. Told them I was in a rush and asked if they could get me to the airport quickly. They said they could but clearly lied because the cab showed up in 20 minutes not the promised 10 minutes. Plus the driver was going 70 on the highway the entire time. There is no reason for a car with winter tires in clear weather to go 30 below the speed limit. If you can't get me there fast, don't tell me you can. I can use another service. They just want your money. Will never use again.

I owe this company an apology. They did everything right. Unfortunately I had previously attempted to contact another company with no response so I assumed nothing was set up. At a few minutes before our pick up time of 3:15 am a car showed up. I assumed it was Xpress but I didn’t ask. Sadly it was not. I will definitely try Xpress again in the future

Called them for a pick up to the airport. Said it was going to be 20 minutes, we told them that’s okay we’ll take an uber because we can’t wait that long we’re in a rush. They said oh no worries we’ll be there in 10. They were there AFTER 20 minutes so they lied. Then on top of that they send the slowest driver I’ve been driven by, literally going 60-70km/h in an 100km/h zone as we are speaking. Do not use them they have no respect for your time, they just want to get their buck in.

Just an update to respond to the reply. I understand taking safety into consideration which is exactly why you can’t be going 60-70 km/hr on the highway when everyone else is flying by at 110-120km/hr, that’s actually a lot more dangerous than going the speed limit. You knew we were in a rush and still said you could get us there on time, which you couldn’t. If you couldn’t fulfill the request, you shouldn’t say otherwise. This is not a repeated review, it is an experience of 2 different people. If both riders are dissatisfied, then 2 bad reviews are deserved.

Horrible situation I experienced with this
ST. ALBERT BASED CAB COMPANY -
“X-Press Cab” at midnite last nite at Edmonton International Airport… I had booked for pick up but didn’t get a cab - they sent some IMPOSTER in an older 2 door sport car, no signage on cab, guy couldn’t produce any documents to prove he was a legit Cab Co, couldn’t show me one peice of ID, no cab equipment at all in vehicle, no proof of Insurance, wasn’t in “cab section” for my pick up location - THIS WAS A VERY SKETCHY SITUATION AND WAS A TOTALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION - All the wrong indicators that this Cab Co is not a responsible nor legit Cab Co. DO NOT USE THIS X-PRESS CAB CO !!!! Not safe, not insured, not licensed as a Cab Co nor as a licensed Driver…. Very bad.

First time was great. One week later opposite experience. Cab was cold from airing out smoke and driver left his window down as well. Was 15 minutes late for scheduled pick-up.
