Today i travel to Edmonton and had a wonderful experience with white cab i book cab in advance from airport they are on time car is very clean and driver is very professional and friendly. I wish they will also serve in my town also thank you white cabs will be my first choice again for Edmonton visit.

This is the worst cab company i've ever used they are very unreliable, and half of the time rude. No one should be waiting 45 minutes for an uber. Ridiculous (the photo included is when i originally called 10:13pm and it is now 10:53pm)

My experience with white cabs today was five star because the driver Alam went out of his way to help me get my bike into the car even though it was almost to big he made it work went out of his way to help me get it where I needed to go

Nothing but bad experiences every time. It’s just one thing after another. Drivers also have illegal tint. Don’t believe me? Check the Safeway parking lot.

Shady cab service/drivers. Set up a ride for family members to YEG airport, got charged more than what was quoted. 15 minutes late for the pick up. Vehicle smelled something terrible. I prepaid on the phone with CC so my family didn’t have to worry about it, along the ride the driver kept insisting they pay him but “cash” only trying to pocket cash for a ride that was already paid for. Called twice to discuss these issues and was told management would call me back which they never did. Highly recommend not using this company. I will never use them again.

Owners reoccurring response to any negative review “fake review” this is an 100% honest review. Terrible service at this place. Use another local company.

I regularly use this cab and they are really good. All the drivers are polite and well behaved. But you have to be careful when you pay as one of driver decided to tip himself and then handed me the debit machine; thankfully I checked the machine before I paid. When I asked him why he is charging me more than flat rate, he didn’t know what to say. The cab number was 96.
