This place is filthy, smells so bad inside the lobby and had a horrible chemical smell in the room. The towels and shower curtain were dirty and stained. Light fixtures were broken and dirty. Chair looked like someone had peed on it. Bed was actually clean, shocking, yet extremely uncomfortable. Window and carpets need to be cleaned. I cannot believe they charge $169+tax a night for this place, honestly they should be ashamed. My bad for not looking deeper into the reviews. Save yourself the heebie-jeebies and book somewhere else. Wish I could get a refund.

Checked into the room. The place is pet friendly.. THATS the only positive thing. I found drugs in the garbage. I took the garbage container to the front desk.. he said he was sorry. Gave me an industial garbage bag to take back with me. 🤦‍♀️There wasn't even a bag in it. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. The sheets had not been changed, the bed was remade, and that not exajuating. I was not only afraid for myself , but for my furry family member, that he might pick something and get sick. I immediately checked out. After explaining the state of the room, the would not refund me the room.. the bed has a sheet and a bed spread.. not even a blanket. I then checked into Westlake Inn, same price. Clean. With a completely breakfast. Anyone reading this, just come to the Westlake Inn..

The Westland inn was not nice at all first I waited a half hour to check in I finally had to go to the bar to ask if anyone was looking after the desk. The bed was like they put two box springs together and called it a bed I did ask for a form to put on it he said we don’t provide that. There was garbage behind the night stand and the toilet did not flush. The desk was sticky. Need I say any more

Horrible everything, room is filthy, tv is stupidly small, there are nails sticking out of the stand that the tv is on. They make you pre pay the entire stay before you even get to see your room and it is not refundable, beds are very uncomfortable. And rooms are terribly small, would not recommend at all.

Terrible, did not sleep under the bed blanket. 3 remote controle for a TV did not work. Noisy, dirty, ugly, no service. Next day i move ti Day's Inn 2 block away. Just wow for $20 more i had breakfast, spa, pool, landry, nice very clean room. If i can help people dont get fool by $20 less for a realy low quality hotel. Go to Day's Inn.

Front desk was very rude, even to his staff. Housekeeper was awesome, she was a very nice young lady answered all my questions, and even went beyond what a hotel housekeeper should be doing. We complained about our room to front desk, and while he tried to reassure us it was clean, my husband and I decided to just make the best of it cause clearly he wouldn't change anything for us. We get back to the room and the little housekeeper had come changed all sheets, and fully cleaned the room or at least made us think she cleaned entire room. They should give her a raise.
Bar service was great too.

Do not stay here!!

I suggest you read reviews before booking, as that was my first mistake.

I tried booking online and their website didn't work. So the following day I called to book a room. The staff member whom answered my call took all the information down. However, upon arriving they did not have our reservation. After some discussing they did give us the room we had requested. However, It is outdated, it was extremely hot, and took hours to cool down. Not to mention the black hair we found everywhere in the room, including the bathroom.

There were people in the lobby that looked like they were either drunk or on drugs. Although we didn't have any bad run-ins with said people, it didn't really feel like a safe place to bring my young children.

Even if you're just driving through, spend the extra little money for a good hotel and don't stay here!

Hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful and prompt beds are comfortable rooms are very clean....owner is a fantastic man...he supports the community and our veterans...highly recommend to stay ...
