The location of this hotel is super convenient, right off of highway two in Gasoline Alley Red Deer Alberta. However, my stay was less than satisfactory.

The front desk clerk, friendly and approachable, I checked into my room to pull the bed sheets back and found more than 4 hairs still in the bed. I asked the front desk to see if they can switch me to another room, and sure enough they did switch me rooms. However, once I pulled the sheets back and found MORE hair on the sheets in the new room. The front desk advised that is was due a dryer machine not working properly and or all the hair does not come off the sheets. Either way, I ended up cancelling my stay and moving to a different hotel as I did not feel comfortable sleeping in bed with hair already in it. Not sure if it was just the rooms that I was given but I was less than satisfied with the rooms.

If they have a four or five star rating, they must have a lot of family giving them good reviews. If you decided to stay there, do not stay on the main floor. There is no soundproofing and you can practically hear the people upstairs breathe. It sounds like they are wearing army boots. There are very few channels on the TV and bring your own soap-you only get a sliver. There are no clocks in the room. The breakfast is acceptable.

Semi-truck broke down, no heat, this place saved me. Fast, friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, the room was fresh, clean, and tastefully decorated, for sure a hidden gem. Very pleasant surprise.

Great place to stay! Can't beat the price $ 106.97 taxes included. We had a very comfortable queen bed on the main floor. Nice and clean. There was good water pressure for the morning shower.
The breakfast was well stocked and our hostess was easy to talk to.
I wouldn't hesitate to come again!

We appreciated the late check-in and the warm welcomewe received! Our room was comfortably furnished. The only downside was having to walk upstairs with our luggage (no lift). The included breakfast was basic but good. The hotel is located close to the highway and we appreciated free parking.

Dirty room. Mold was growing on the inside door of the fridge. Walls were dirty as was the remote control. My key would not open the door and had to spend over a minute ‘wiggling’ the door knob up and down for it to open. The front desk staff, young, was unapologetic and lacked professionalism. I was charged $137.75 for the night. Do not recommend. Will not be back.

Stayed here for one night pretty great experience with some delicious breakfast on the morning. The only problem there's some ant and bugs around. But the room itself clean and pretty great for such affordable price.

Wonderful experience, customer service was amazing, room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. All services were provided like unlimited ice. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Love it!!! I highly recommend it 💚
