im so greatful for the owner of Rimbey Towing, Jason...who heard of my emergency of my tiny pups being in my car that i locked my keys in on a cold winter evening... and he rushed over and had my doors unlocked and me safely with my pups in 10 minutes flat!!!

i had ran in to my local grocery shop to buy treats for my 3 little chihuahuas i had with me, and i locked my keys in my car. 🤦‍♀️

i called AMA and was told there was a 50 minute wait while they got a driver from a neighboring town to come help me. this would not do as it is winter and i was not letting my pups sit for an hour in an unheated car.

So i posted on the local Rimbey page... with in minutes the amazing community members tagged Rimbey Towing's owner.. he messaged me and boom... was what seems like, instantly there at my car!!

i cancelled with AMA and as i said.. was back in my car with my pups and on my way in about 10 minutes.. my pups were still toasty warm from the heated seat not having fully cooled off yet 🥰🐾🐾🐾

Jason of Rimbey towing was super kind and so efficient... he was mine and my pups hero that chilly winters night!! 🙏😊

The new owner is AMAZING! I had a moment and he came and got into my vehicle. Not even 15 minutes after, the moment happened again. ( dont laugh) He could have charged me but he was kind enough to let it go. Great service and kind man! I'll definitely be using him again!
