Staff are polite, as well as the lodging people you’d get to enjoy the continental breakfast with.

My room wasn’t made yet when i arrived to check in, it was 3am so it is understandable. The staff are very nice specially the filipinos.

Its my second time here and i already know the room will be made elegant and comfortable just like last time.

The staff are nice, but the cleaners have a bad habit of forgetting to clean rooms, or forgetting to redo them for their next guests. The continental breakfast is basic but it works, and there is a nice pool for a little exercise. The Laundromat is card operated which was *really* nice, and it's kind of on the edge of Whitecourt but close enough to the main road that it doesn't take long to get anywhere. Overall, would stay again.

Overly impressed with this place. Rooms are extremely quiet. The staff are super helpful and friendly, rooms are exceptionally clean, jacuzzi tub was spacious and romantic with all the mirrors as gas fireplace. King size bed was super comfortable. Kitchenette comes with toaster, dishes, pots etc it is truly home away from home. Everything available for their provided continental breakfast was very fresh. A definite place we would stay again. Our length of stay was more than 1 week.

Was here for a week. The room was huge, nice kitchenette suite. AC was heavenly as it was during a heatwave.
Cleaning service every day or 2 was great. Continental breakfast was a joke. The 1 day there was actually a hot breakfast available it was greasy water logged sausages and some little spongy cubes I'm assuming was some kind of wannabe hashbrowns.
Free wifi? Haha. You have to register to use the wifi here and the download speed was 1.4Mbps... horrible.
Never anyone at front desk in the morning when I came through.
At least there was lots of available parking.

The gas fireplace keeps the room warm. Has a fridge and stove also

We were at Imperial Suites White court in June 2023. The hotel is very well maintained and spotless. Front desk staff Dorothy and Nathan are both helpful in finding our way around the area. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and comes with a kitchenette, the hallways don’t have a smell and there’s also laundry in the building. I will definitely come back😀

was nice , until oil field grid started coming in, manager lied , everybody evacuated to jack prices .! Forced to move to Western Budget , higher price again , No storage for food , DO NOT RENT FROM HERE . Little bugs ll over , Linda says its normal.,

Very clean spacious room.. big fridge ..stove/oven

((No microwave)) this is why 4* for the room
Kitchen inside the room has almost all the utensils:spoons .knives . Forks . Cooking pots .. frying pan .. trays .. plates..

Breakfast is very limited quantity if you are not there at 7 am you will miss most of the food again 4 stars only .. no pancakes machine here .. you can get hard old waffles ...
Overall I will recommend this place especially if you travel with kids ..
