Excellent service à la clientèle!

Had my new vehicle shipped out from ON using this company. I looked over the vehicle and noticed some scratches by the door handle and mentioned that to the girl. Drove 1.5 hours back home and my husband looked over the car and noticed a spot I missed in the rubber trim that had been damaged. I texted the girl who I had been in contact with originally and she said she would pass it along to the person who is in charge of damages. Didn’t hear anything for TWO MONTHS so I called them back and was told to leave a voice message on the damage guys voicemail as he was busy in the yard. Left him a voice message and here we are EIGHT MONTHS later and NO ONE has returned my calls. I’ve tried calling them again and cannot even get through anymore. Avoid using this company at all costs. I used a Calgary yard for shipping out a vehicle previously and will use them next time as these people were terrible to deal with and don’t care about customer satisfaction or taking accountability for damages they caused.

We were only involved in half of the process of having vehicles delivered on behalf of a friend. The scheduled delivery was running late, after getting a call they instructed that we were 'last on the list' and they would get there by the night. When they decided not to come. They were called again and claimed no one answered when they called despite no party having any record of a missed call, and the company unable to prove they called we were instructed to pick the car up from the business. We called ahead and when we arrived the receptionist had nothing for us. Claimed it was a miscommunication between the office and the lot. We were directed to the lot to pick up our vehicles, once we arrived at the lot the lot attendant had no idea where the manager or anyone associated not the company could be found. After another very confusing call with the lot manager, we were told to wait 5 minutes for him to come and help us. It took the manager roughly half an hour to come through, and without any instruction drove through into the gated lot. Another confusing argument through speaker phone with all parties involved plus another individual to Calgary. The story of what was happening kept changing, the people we spoke to kept changing which hours they were open, the reason why we couldn't get our vehicle, and what their policies were. They denied that delivery was ever an option, and frequently asked us who/which company we spoke to. We and the vehicles clearly wouldn't have been there if we hadn't spoken to their company. After being very persistent we FINALLY got our vehicles. No apologies, no one from the company would take responsibility. Everyone blamed someone else. There seems to be little to no communication between the employees. This may have been the worst experience I've had with any company. We've had time to calm down and mull it over and we still can't believe the experience we've had with car-fre.

What a joke of a company, no one here has any idea what's going on or where vehicles are. Vehicles were supposed to be delivered yesterday before 1:30 but they never arrived. They said we had to go to Sherwood Park to pick up. I called this morning to confirm but when we arrived the vehicles weren't ready. The receptionist thought this was quite funny and kept laughing about it. We were then sent on a wild goose chase to a yard where they had no idea what was going on. We were then given a phone number for a man who also had no idea what was going on. We are now waiting for him in the middle of nowhere. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This company has some very dangerous drivers and have no problem putting other drivers in danger. I’ve witnessed it personally. Scary!!
