We booked Valley Airporter for our recent trip from Coquitlam to YVR and then 10 days later the reverse. We were a group of 6 with a wide age range and 6 bags to check! Communication was excellent. Our driver was on time and professional. Our plane was delayed on return, I had communicated this via text before we took off, and communicated via text when we landed. Our driver was waiting for us inside at International Arrivals. He helped with our bags and got us home safely. I highly recommend this company and we will use them again.

Mixed reviews on this service. We were 4 adults. . Enroute to YVR, they were 1 1/4 hours late for pick up. They did communicate this but it was stressful not knowing how much time we would end up having to check in etc. The vehicle was clean and the driver professional. They did take off $20 for being late which was appreciated. The quoted prices were fair for distance travelled. On our return, our driver was on time but left us in the vehicle and disappeared for over 20 min, without any communication. As it turned out, he was meeting another couple using the service. We were not aware that the service took more than us. With all our luggage and theirs, it was a tight fit. The car was filthy and the driver asked us where we were going and we had to give him our address. He should have this from original reservation. We were glad we got dropped off first as the second couple would have to stay in vehicle for an extra 40 min as it was in a different direction. Not sure about using the service going forward.

We use this service frequently between home and YVR or Vancouver Cruise Ship terminal as well as our returns after
the trips. They are always on time for both functions and look after loading our luggage into their vehicle. On return trips to home they meet you at the luggage carousel in domestic YVR or immediately exiting the International baggage area. Pick ups at the Vancouver Cruise terminal are smooth at the designated area. Drivers are safe and well versed in traffic routes and alternatives due the traffic conditions. We don't hesitate to recommend this service.

Driver very competent and courteous. Coming back from YVR the wait time was longer than expected, however that may have been a fault of our own. The communication between us and the service was difficult while we were in the process of disembarking. We would use the service again.

We really appreciated the excellent service from Valley Transporter. They picked us up at our place right on time. And on the return trip picked us at the airport as well. A bit of a concern was that we were not familiar with the airport and couldn't find the entrance. We are both mobility challenged, so that was a problem. You also need to leave a little extra time, as they sometimes detour to pick up or drop off others. Pete Penner

I had a great experience of being picked up at Vancouver Airport. The plane arrived early and I was able to arrange for my ride to be a little early too, by using the wifi on the plane to text. The driver was very kind and polite and got me home in good time.
