Pire hotel que j’ai connu .. les meubles sont sales la chambre sent vraiment mauvais ! Je suis rester 2 jours la deuxieme journĂ©e j’ai demander de changer de chambre car je ne pouvais pas dormir a cause du bruit , arrivĂ© dans la deuxieme chambre il y a des fourmis partout je demande alors a parler au gĂ©rant des lieux ont me dit qu’il n’est pas la donc j’attend au lendemain matin , le lendemain le gĂ©rant me dit que c’est de ma faute si j’ai voulu de changer de chambre qu’il ne pouvais rien faire pour moi ! Je voulais aussi faire un late check out et on m’a obligĂ© a repayer une nuit complete de force en gardant mon depot!!! Étant donnĂ© le malentendu quand j’ai apeller la rĂ©ception pour expliquer la situation le manager m’a ordonnĂ© de partir dans 10 minutes de sa propriĂ©tĂ© alors que je lui avais demander de rester 1h de plus!

I chose this hotel based on the trusted Ramada name and its competitive pricing compared to other options in the area. As someone traveling for work, my main priorities were a clean place to sleep and shower.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to enhance the guest experience, which is a great initiative! However, in the meantime, a simple yet effective improvement could be starting with a deep clean—think a bottle of bleach and a carpet cleaner. Providing guests with a clean bed and room at an affordable price is key, and it makes all the difference.

Once the renovations are complete, I believe this hotel will be an even better option for travelers like me. In the meantime; a clean room is all a person can ask for.

The room was filthy. Floors had not been vacuumed, the dirt was very visible all over the floor, there were cashew nuts and medication under the bed, tub had mold in it, huge cobwebs hung from the ceiling corner, the drapes were very dirty from soiled hands touching them. The furniture was very old and worn out. We are not picky people but I would highly recommend picking another hotel to stay at or check out your room before you commit to staying there.

Don’t walk. Run fast and far away from this place. Usually I would check Trip Advisor reviews, but didn't because of the Ramada branding. Shame on you Ramada!||The room and the property were absolutely horrible. Sadly, I had time constraints, because upon seeing the room when I placed my luggage I knew I was in trouble, but it was too late to go hunting for other lodgings. As it turns out, I would have been better off sleeping in my car beside the road somewhere. ||I am in the area every couple of months and typically stay at Holiday Inn Express - but I thought I'd give Ramada a try. Wow! Do I regret that!! Back to the Holiday Inn. ||Some examples – including photos below:|1) Water stains and an abysmal patch job on the ceiling|2) A super annoying alarm (apparently emitting from the electrical panel) that was audible from the minute one walked into the hotel until I ascended the stairs and arrived at my room. The only way to block the noise from my room was to close the emergency exit door at the top of the stairs.|3) Dirt in the room's corners - and significant evidence from a previous guest spilling their coffee down the wall beside the nightstand.|4) Part of the valence (above window) fabric was completely missing, leaving exposed, untreated plywood showing.|5) White pull curtain across window had either poop or blood stains on it. GROSS!!|6) multiple wallpaper areas that were either poorly patched or peeling away from the wall.|There's more - including issues with the heat controls. After paying $175/night, I am incensed for two reasons:|1) I've left numerous messages for the Manager (Raj) to contact me, and he has not. I am requesting a full refund. Again, the room was depressing and gross in the extreme.|2) With a Ramada/Wyndham badge, I expected better - much better. I'd not have selected this establishment if it did not have a major brand backing it. Question? Does no one from Ramada Corporate do an in-person inspection of the franchisee/operator establishment? |3) Now, after launching an official complaint with Ramada – along with a request for a full refund- I followed up and got a bot that said that my complaint had resulted in Ramada corporate reaching out to the property in question. Based on the comments of others, it appears that this is about 10 years overdue.

Musty old smelling room with stains on the carpet and curtains. The chair provided was stained and worn. (Would not use) There were burnt out lightbulbs. I definitely would not recommend this hotel nor will we stay there again. It is an old worn down overpriced hotel.
