A week ago I canceled my 1 night room reservation for tomorrow, Friday.
Today, Thursday afternoon, they billed my card just after the 24 hour cancelation period.
Front desk and corporate won't do anything.
No record of the cancellation, too bad for me.
Don't ever trust them! And if you do, don't say you weren't warned.

Great central location.
Lobby updated.
Bathroom tiles updated, but the rooms are slightly small, with smaller TVs.
We had a kitchenette room and there was only 3 bowls and 3 plates (for a 4person room, which we had 4 people), the hot plate looked ancient but it worked.

Pool was warm and clean, smaller but not bad!
Breakfast was delicious but the staff in the Breakfast room weren't very friendly. Also it's not the second floor at the end of the hall.. so every morning we would be woken up by kids running past our room to get to Breakfast!

Everything was great but if you want to sleep earlier in the evening than don't book your room above the indoor pool. You could hear all the loud kids & adults having fun. Once the pool hours were over, I think at 9 or 10pm, all was well.

We had used Best Western Rewards Points for a 2 night stay. The morning we were to travel to Aldergrove my son woke up very ill. As a result we had to cancel out plans. We totally understood we may have to forgo one night's points as we were within 24 hours, (however I have heard in the past that some hotels will even waive the cancelation policy for circumstances like this), but this hotel refused to refund ANY of the points. I called customer service of Best Western and initally the lady was going to refund one night, but then had to call the hotel directly to confirm and she said they were unwilling to release any of the points. Any hotel I have ever dealt with has never charged the second or further nights when I have had to cancel. At most it has always been just one night. The fact that this hotel was not accomodating is extremely frustrating and disappointing. We will never book at this hotel again, and are considering whether to book at any Best Western again as our points are pretty much wiped out at this point in time. Very disappointed with the customer service of this hotel and that Best Wester headquarters doesn't have a better policy. The rewards are not worth the headache.

This location put the "BEST" in Best Western! Clean rooms, appliances work, pool and hot tub was clean and working and the staff was friendly and helpful staff.. Great breakfast. Nice time we come up this way, we will definitely stop here!

This is our third extended stay here from Saskatchewan. Always friendly, always helpful, and always clean. It's an older hotel but price seems good and it's in a great location! Not a high end place but it's very comfortable and feels like home.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time here.
We had booked our room for youth field lacrosse Provincial Championships. City of Langley closed the fields due to snow and rescheduled the event 2 weeks later.
Very rude staff and even after calling customer service, and corporate customer relations there was no assistance moving our booking dates.
Hot tub was brown/green and hadn't been attended to for 2+ days. I'm the manager for 23 U18 lacrosse players and we will never book our team at a Best Western again.

Also, Water damage at front entrance of hotel, dirty muddy towels over the floor and a dirty Rubbermaid tote catching water falling from the ceiling and walls, dry wall disintegrating down the walls and onto the floor during entire 3 day stay.
