We stayed at the hotel for a night as we didn’t have any other places in town. Honestly was surprisingly clean room, even behind and under the beds. No dust or debris in the windows, clean bedding. No funky smells or lingering cigarette smell, Walls could be cleaned hand prints all over and it was a tad warm but otherwise much more than expected. Room was small but was all we needed a couple of beds, mini fridge, microwave and bathroom!

Set in a historically significant building, the food and service are top shelf!! You'd be hard pressed to find a better place and value. The several times I've been, I've always been very impressed! The food is fantastic (and there's plenty... you'll never land l leave hungry) and the service has a wonderful 'welcome home' feel.

Recent visit the fish and chips were amazing, great portions, wonderful service, and for me always pleasant to visit. As my families roots began for me here in Delburne. All of my Grands and Great Grands lived here, and are buried here and at Great Bend Cemetery. My grandfathers drank here at the Delburne bar and my Grandmother Mary Hansen used to work at the restaurant here. My parents Married at the church across the street. Nostalgia and good food- loved the experience. Thank You.

How was this place, well I will give it a 10 hands down.That was the ever best fish&chips I have ever had. Will I go back,oh hell yess with my friends. Kudos to the Delburne hotel Cafe. Our waitress was awesome and a great person to chat with.10 star to our waitress 👍👍

Don't know about the hotel or Liquor store. BUT - the cafe attached: "Olde English Restaurant" is tidy, clean and friendly.. This is the kind of place I look for when I'm on the road and going into small towns. Whenever I see touches of personality in a restaurant - I feel like it's a sign that whoever is running it has a personal interest in what they are doing. The English Bulldog theme proved me right. A very good cup of coffee and Excellent Eggs Benedict. (Loved the fresh green onion on top).

Was here because this is where the annual poker run from gasoline alley brought me. Kinda cool and naustalgic. I've never been this deep into the heart of Delbourne. Just the gas station and the cool little Cafe at the 4 way stop. I will return at some point in the near future and I look forward to trying out lunch. The reviews on the place seem pretty good, well except from the ex employee. Too be fair I think we have all been there. Chin up, it shouldn't get any worse 🙂 ...oh wait, edit alert, I just saw all your other negative reviews. Nevermind, I guess things did get worse.
