Update- A year has almost passed since my unforgettable stay at the Dewberry. In this short time, they have remodeled the upstairs bathroom, added a stairwell lift to accommodate visitors. Below is my original review from Nov 2023-
Most affordable, comfortable, and personable accomodations for anyone wanting a safe and more welcoming alternative to motels or hotels. An outstanding breakfast made right in front of you with a hot cup of coffee the moment you sit down. Conversation and comfortable options for any diet. This is as close as you can come to staying with family or a long time friend where you are welcome. Hardest working people ever met in a long time, good decent down to earth folks.

Was only able to visit Edmonton for the weekend. So much more to explore and breakfast options on the menu! Haven't felt welcome anywhere like I was here in a long. Hard to find people so wonderful...

For a first time B&B experience I truly had a wonderful time. The house in my opinion is continently located and everything you need is pretty close by. The house is very nice and clean. The room nicely decorated , they are also spotless and the beds are nice and comfortable. Larry and Diana are truly wonderful. They are warm and welcoming and always make sure you are happy and have everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made every morning. There is also a bonus for all animal lovers as they have the cutes fluffiest dog and two lovely cats. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely come again!

It was really a lovely and unforgettable stay in Dewberry B&B. It was our first time to try a Bread and Breakfast setup and this experience was really great. The room was super clean and everything was provided. There was also an available parking outside. In addition to this, breakfast was included in the rate per night. The breakfast was really good and the hosts, Larry and Diana made us feel very welcome. I could say they are very smart and lovely couple. They know lots of stuff which they were very happy to share with you. The experience was really something my husband and I will remember forever. Two nights stay seems like a long time and we truly enjoyed our stay here. Before we go, Diana and Larry gave us tight hugs and my husband ended up being teary-eyed. We stayed here back in May 2023 and have been on the road for a while so only got a chance to write this message now.
Diana and Larry are two of the sweetest hosts. They're always up for a chat but also allow for your privacy. They're both lovely, will provide guidance and make you feel genuinely looked after.
The breakfast was also cooked with care by Diana, recipes that were formed by Larry (he used to be a cook). They provide a menu and you could choose the time and what you wanted which were nutritious, tasty and filling. It's within walking distance to West Edmonton Mall about 10-15 mins walk through public green spaces depending on the pace otherwise a car will get you to most places.
They have been doing hospitality in one form or another for a very long time and prioritise the guest even getting the same adjustable beds they sleep in which was super comfy with your private toilet.

An amazing experience of having home away from home. Larry and Diana are the perfect hosts any one can ever have. Comfortable, clean and quite rooms which are well ventilated and good view. Apart from their wonderful company, Fresh home made breakfast with multiple choices is the highlight of this place. Very near to West Edmonton Mall. The Area itself is quite and clean.

Diana and Larry are so nice to us and we would love to visit again if we visit Edmonton again!
Very convenient location which close to West Edmonton Mall!
