Poor communication, terrible service. Over 15 points of contact before I could finally get a response. Rude and unprofessional. Claims a truck breakdown for missing a delivery appointment by 2 days. Had to hire another truck to retrieve the freight and Ryan wouldn't release the freight until he was paid in full. For a job only partially done and poorly....Paid him via visa and he still continued to send threatening and bullying texts to myself and client. Wish I could post screenshots here. Stay away! They will cost you money and clients.

They don't pay bills as I am behind them past 5months, still didn't get the payment, so be careful while doing shipment with this company

Road Rider took a load from us out of Ontario. They Spent over 10 days getting to Edmonton, almost no updates or responses back. Promised to check with us for payment before delivery as client was COD. Delivered without checking and we didn’t find out it was delivered til 4 days later when we finally tracked Ryan down. Well be unlikely to collect thanks to RR.

Ryan is great, no issues on payment and gives good paying loads
