This is a very convenient place to drop parcels off. The girl working there (khushi) is very kind, always welcomes with a smile. I would love to go to this store every single time. She was handling multiple customers at one time and giving proper time to everyone.

Worst location to get ur things done …. The person incharge had zero knowledge and is a fraud… i went there for my pcc documents to be shipped he quote me 130$ with tax (60$ going there, 60$ coming back)… thats insaneee… because to my knowledge it is only 60$ up and down … he is charging more than any other location… i went to other location cost me 60 $ including tax…. He is a fraud and ripping off people… I don’t recommend this location at all… he can’t even speak proper english and never answers if u wanna try calling the location since, he is busy in his own mobile phone..

A bit difficult to identify that the small store front was a Purolator drop-off point, it was right where the address said it should be and handles a bunch of different courier companies The guy at the counter was great, I would be tempted to go back and say " thanks " again. Super fast, no lineups, great service, wow. If it's in you region of travel use it. It's on the south side of Fraser highway in the middle of Aldergrove east bound with free curb parking, I can't speak to the access all day, but when I figured out which door, I stopped, dropped and was back in the car in a couple minutes, it would have been faster but I like to chat with real people.

Very positive experience! Came by on my break from work to send off a package, and Jerin was very helpful and friendly 😊. He also offered to tape/secure my package to ensure safe delivery. Will definitly go back to this location again.

I watched the puralator delivery guy walk up to my house, attach a "attempted delivery" slip to my door and then go on his merry way.

He didn't even "attempt" to deliver anything.

I then had to go out of my way to this location to pick up my parcel. It was a huge inconvenience on their part when all the delivery guy had to do was actually delivery the item.

This has happened twice now btw. I ordered my items through best buy. This is enough for me to not want to order anything from best buy again if it means I have to do deal with this.
