Hôtel à l'intersection de 2 voies rapides, donc cest assez bruyant. Pas contre le personnel est très gentil et les chambres grandes. Très propre. Toutes les portes de chambres donnent sur un petit jardin intérieur.

Voici mon avis sur le 401 Inn qui j’espère aidera les visiteurs.||J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel un mois de mi-septembre à mi-octobre 2014 pour des vacances en solo, j'avais pris l'option kitchenette (chambre #4, avec cuisine donc micro-ondes, 2 plaques, frigo et ustensiles).||J’avais déjà fait 2 voyages à Vancouver fin des années 90 donc je connaissais suffisamment la ville pour connaitre mes besoins : hôtel budget (pas l’intention d’y passer mes journées vu la beauté de la ville) et proche d’une station de Skytrain pour me déplacer librement.||Sur le premier point (prix), hors saison j’ai payé moins de 1k€ pour un séjour d’un mois donc c’était parfait (n’hésitez pas à les contacter pour demander les prix en direct).||L'hôtel est propre. Bien sûr vu son âge, certaines choses sont usées (moquettes, peintures) mais c'est gérable. Les murs sont fins donc prévoyez les boules quies (j'étais au RDC et vive les pas des gamins et chien au-dessus !). Il est situé à une intersection fréquentée mais la circulation ne m’a pas tant gênée que ça (les canadiens sont bien plus respectueux du code de la route que les français !). L’arrière saison a été exceptionnellement chaude en sept/oct 2014 donc j’ai apprécié l’air conditionné !||Sur le second point (localisation), il est situé à 7-8 mns à pied de la station Rupert (=> changement à Commercial Broadway pour rejoindre le centre ville) avec une côte un peu sèche en chemin (rien d'insurmontable mais avec les bagages ça peut être ardu pour certains). Un bus passe devant l'hôtel pour vous emmener à une station de Skytrain si vous ne voulez pas marcher.||Côté environnement, il y a ce qu’il faut quelle que soit votre heure d’arrivée : un 7/11 à 5 mns derrière et à la sortie de Rupert, un Canadian Superstore, idéal pour faire ses courses à des prix décents et un superfood entre (un peu cher).||Concernant le staff, j'avais eu besoin d'infos 6 mois avant mon voyage et le staff a été très rapide pour répondre à toutes mes questions via email. Sur place, une fois ma clef donnée, j’étais chez moi.||J'y retournerais lors d'un prochain voyage à Vancouver 🙂

Great place to stay. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.
The girls cleaning the rooms were fantastic and so polite. We've been staying here every month for almost a year and it's always a great visit. Even the coffee room is great. Thanks so much to everyone for making our stay so awesome.

We stayed in a 2 double bed room for one night, just over a week ago, because of an early business appointment nearby. We received exceptional reception service and were even allowed for an early checkin.

Our room, including the bathroom, was recently renovated and was very clean and updated. We also had a microwave and a fair sized fridge in our room with a coffee/tea maker too. The room rate was good which include free wifi and free parking.

We would have no hesitation of returning if we need accommodation in the neighbourhood again.

I recently stayed here with my family - very last minute as our car broke down on the way to Whistler. Nur the Manager was extremely helpful and was so quick to make us feel relaxed at the hotel. We were able to check in straight away and offered extra storage for our belongings as well as being shown to an open communal family room where our son was able to run around and we were offered complimentary hot beverages. The rooms were spotless, with all we needed for a relaxing stay and Nur could not do more for us while we were there. There was even a hand written note offering any services needed during our stay. He really took care of us, as did the other staff members on duty the following day. We were able to relax and enjoy the short stay - I would highly recommend this hotel due to the exceptional service. Thank you very much Nur and the team at Coast hotels.

First time to check in to this hotel and I like the place. It's peaceful and relaxing. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. They will surely help you throughout your staying and the things that you left inside your room. And the place is near to my destination centre. I definitely recommending it to everyone. Stayed overnight, Nur Lakhani was very professional and kind. Service was very good, clean, quiet modern room. Has a great shower too. Good location, food and main highway near by.

The hotel front desk were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs during our stay. When I found out there was no business Center, I panicked. Mumtaz at front desk graciously offered help with printing our travel documents. Rashida helped us check in and she constantly made sure we are taken care of when I was in and out if the cafe making coffees. Love the coffee machine by the lounge.

Traffic getting out of the hotel is a bit crazy though as it’s high traffic during the day. You have to wait for people to let you go into second lanes otherwise you would block the curb lane which is Turing right onto highway.
