My wife and our border collie stayed for a great 5 night getaway. Location is awesome right on the water. Seals playing in the inlet as you sit in the hot tub. Port Moody inlet centre is a 5 minute drive to get your self fresh seafood and baked goods. Hiking trails 5 minutes In any direction. The breakfast is 5 stars and the hosts are awesome!! Not a chance this would be a bad decision to stay here anytime of the year.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at this Bed & Breakfast, and we’re especially grateful for Annette’s warm hospitality! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed and sofa were very comfortable, the fresh orange juice was delicious, and the fireplace was so cozy. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding, and the peaceful surroundings, along with the thoughtful details in the house, allowed us to escape the pressures of city life and savor a moment of tranquility. We had been trying to book all summer without luck, and finally managed to reserve it at the tail end of autumn. It was truly a beautiful experience!

No need to worry about instructions: when you arrive, you’ll find parking right in front of the boat, next to the house. Once you enter the backyard, the first door you’ll see belongs to the owner, and the B&B entrance is a little further down. The owner will hear you arrive and come over to give a thorough introduction. The place is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee machine with coffee, as well as various cups, plates, and cutlery. They even provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so there’s no need to bring your own. Everything feels natural and warmly welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—can’t wait to return!

不用担心没有介绍：到达时停车位就在船的前面、房子旁边。进入后院后看到的第一扇门是房主的，B&B的入口再往下走一点。房主会听到动静过来给你详尽的介绍，里面配有微波炉、烧水壶、榨汁机、咖啡机和咖啡，各种杯子碗碟餐具齐全，洗发水和护发素品质很好，还有优质的沐浴露，完全不用自带。一切都非常自然，充满温暖的欢迎感。非常感谢这次的美好回忆，期待下次再来！

We had a wonderful stay “At the Beach” and would highly recommend. We will be back! The location was easy to find and we were greeted warmly by our hosts. The space is well appointed, relaxing and the view…Wow! We had a beautiful deck to enjoy, the water view and the visiting wildlife were absolutely spectacular and relaxing. Our hosts treated us to fresh picked fruit and provided water floaties and kayaks. The Port Moody vibe was great - grocery, restaurants, food trucks and shopping within 2 to 3 kilometers. Lovely spots to go walking as well. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this vacation home is.

We loved our stay at At The Beach Retreat. The location was beautiful, and the amenities (kayaks, sauna, hot tub, large deck, etc) made for the perfect combination of relaxing and fun! We were able to take public transit door to door from Vancouver International Airport in an hour. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. We hope to be back soon!

Had a great weekend getaway with my wife and our dog. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Although the weather wasn't cooperative, we still enjoyed the sauna and hot tub.

We also got to see a seal and her pup by the dock.

Awesome hospitality to boot! Thank you for the stay.

Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte hier und waren begeistert. Lise und Nick sind sehr nette Gastgeber und sie haben die Suite sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Da passt einfach alles. Es ist sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker, der Blick aufs Wasser ist phänomenal. Wunderschön ist es, einfach am Wasser zu sitzen und die Vögel und Robben zu beobachten. Jeden Abend haben wir das Bad im Whirlpool genossen. Aber es gibt auch so viel zu erleben. So haben wir noch einmal den Lynn-Canyon besucht, waren wandern in der tollen Umgebung und haben auch Fish & Chips bei Pajos im Rockypoint Park gegessen. Ein unglaubliches Erlebnis war, eine Bärenmutter mit 2 Kleinen direkt in Port Moody zusehen. Sie waren auf dem Weg zum Krankenhaus, um dort die Mülltonnen zu plündern.
Das beste waren immer die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge.

My wife and I stayed here from August 17-21, and it was the best bed and breakfast experience I’ve ever had! Nick and Lise were very gracious hosts, and you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The views from the room are amazing and the breakfast service was excellent. It was nice to be able to discuss our daily activity plans with Nick, and get advice on the best times to schedule certain events. The room was very cozy, and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. I highly recommend Beach Retreat for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, and convenient getaway in the Vancouver BC area. I know my wife and I will certainly return soon. Thank you Nick and Lise!

We enjoyed our stay here at the beach retreat! Our first impression was that the view is spectacular, very relaxing, and the hosts are friendly.
This is a great place for our toddler too.. we celebrated his 2nd birthday here. They are very accommodating, and made sure we are comfortable.
We enjoyed the kayak, and the hot tub! We will definitely be back, and we recommend this retreat.
