J'étais a Vancouver pour visiter ma famille et je suis restée au l'hôtel poco inn suites cet hôtel est joli et confortable. Les chambres thématique sont très grandes, et intéressante j'ai adoré les meubles. ||Les gens à la réception donnent un excellent service. Ils ont m'aider a trouver des activités a faire.||Je le recommende fortement

J'ai passé trois semaines dans cette hôtel pour un voyage d'affaires.||J'avais une chambre avec kitchenette, équipé wifi, espace bureau avec branchements pour recharger les batteries / téléphones etc. (Pensez à apporter une adaptateur)||Très spacieux et très agréable.||Le room service est rapide et varié.||L’accueil 24/7 est très agréable et informative.||Le déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant à côté de l'hôtel, on y mange très bien.||Très copieux et vraiment délicieux. Le "Hash Browns" sont un tuerie! ||Il y a une très grande centre commercial à 5min en bus. L’arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'hôtel.

We didn't stay overnight but had a wedding dinner in Salon A, catered also by Poco Inn & Suites. Teresa looked after everything very professionally. The food was excellent! Everyone commented on it (and still do!). She also arranged the A/V system for us. And it was reasonably priced! For sure a great place for something like this.

We had a wedding dinner in Salon A, completely catered by Poco Inn and Suites. Everything was completely 'over the top', professionally done and the food was excellent to say the least. We had a wonderful time with 40 guests and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100%, including all the A/V equipment we needed. The guests were completely impressed as well. The cost was reasonable as well!

I had to stay here for work. Someone at our company was supposed to have made a reservation. They forgot so I had to get a room when I got there.|They ad a written authorization from my manager via email and a credit card but that was not sufficient.|They needed forms filled out and signed, which my manager couldn't do until he was at the office the next morning.|So I payed out of pocket for 1 night plus a $300 deposit, with the promise that they would reimburse me the next morning when the paperwork was signed. The night staff was very friendly and apologetic which is the only reason they still get 2 stars.|The next morning I went back, I explained what happened the night before and was treated like I was a criminal. They hadn't received paperwork so If I wanted to keep the room I had to pay again. I called our office and they had sent it. However they hadn't filled out the arrival and departure date, to leave that up to me...that would not do. So my manager had to fill it out again and resend it.|They then told me that, even though they had all the paperwork and a credit card to charge, their sales manager had to approve 3rd party payment and that could take a few hours. So I had to vacate my room, I was already 2 hours late for my job by then, and give them a call sometime later today to see if it was approved. So I had to leave, not knowing if I would have a place to spend the night.|Someone should explain to these people that it's called "hospitality" business!

I stayed here due to my company making the booking, but i would not suggest this hotel in the future. staff not the best I seen. hotel located on the highway next to a train yard, so alot of noise if you are located on the front of the building. as for the rooms, they are out dated, the cleaning staff do not do a good job, left dirty rags in the room after cleaning and more. I would not rate this place for future use.
