le staff est excellent, spécialement Ralph, Nikki, Naomie, Mohamed, Sherly, Niek, Nikki, Vilmie.. logé à cet hotel pour 3 semaines pour le travail. Le service était courtois, femme de ménage gentille et polie . La chambre était bien , j'aurais apprécié un emplacement pour cuisiné! Le manager était malheureusement difficile à joindre . Une des filles au loundge (Marie) était toujours à texter sur son cellulaire...désolant, mauvais service. Mais Roy, était génial! Endroit très propre et bien entretenu! merci à ceux qui nous ont si bien accueilli pendant notre séjour!

Très bon hotel avec un exellent rapport qualité prix. Très bien situé, avec déjeuner complet inclus. Personnel courtois, Restobar sur place. Chambre propres et confortables. Il y a aussi un service de spa et piscine, mais je ne l'ai pas essayé.

bel hôtel , pour nous européen par contre la cuisine type américain est spéciale et manque de choix...|infrastructure correct juste le dégagement du parking quand il neige qui est a revoir |chauffage bruyant mais en général tous est très bien

I recently stayed at iHOTEL in Red Deer for the first time with my child for a sports event, based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes.

The swimming pool was a highlight—absolutely fantastic and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile.

Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better. It's spacious and conveniently situated opposite Wholesale and a library, with numerous coffee shops nearby, making it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!

Wonderful experience. Ryan at the front desk provided us with exceptional services, was super friendly. He went above and beyond to provide us with a great stay at the i. The pool, hot tub and steam room added a spa effect to the stay.

Definitely would recommend a great place to stay for work or for leisure.

Update: it was not a good checkout experience. My husband requested for a bottle of water for his medicine and the lady at reception refused. I guess only ryan understood value of customer service not the morning lady. Like refusal for a bottle of water after spending money at the location. Think twice before booking please

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained and convenient. What really stood out, though, was the hotel's commitment to providing a clean and comfortable environment for its guests. It's clear that they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

This hotel is awesome! Definitely the best one I’ve come across in Red Deer. Everything about it was great, but the absolute best part was the lounge. Ryan and Mohammed are incredible! Mohammed was on point with our food orders, bringing everything out on time, and Ryan, what a phenomenal bartender. He made me the best Long Island Iced Tea I’ve ever had. I’m actually looking forward to the next time I go to Red Deer, mostly for the lounge.

I have been staying at iHotel in Red Deer for personal and business multiple times a month for about a year. (And will continue to do so in the future!) I chose (and continue to choose) this hotel because of the Planet Fitness located on site and the gym pass is included with the room! I’ve been in many “hotel gyms” and I can say this is the real deal for anyone that prioritizes their health and fitness while on the road. Cheers to Shawn who is knowledgeable and welcoming whenever I see him in the gym. Also a shout out to Ryan at the front desk who is always professional, upbeat and friendly.
