We had such a wonderful time. It was our very first time and we left feeling like we’ve made new friends! Tammy and Dean are so kind and they do such a great job. The beach and views are amazing. Loved that there were paddle boards, paddle boats etc to borrow. The sand is clean and well maintained. The trailers are clean and comfortable. There are lovely outdoor spaces beside each of the rv’s with patio furniture. We had. Campfires on our site while we could stare at the lake and the many birds. The ice cream at the store was a hit with the kids and they are asking to go back. Any questions we had Tammy and Dean were so quick to answer. An absolute gem hidden in central Alberta and I almost didn’t want to write this review cause I don’t want it to get too popular that I can’t get a spot next time but I was so impressed I had to give a shout out. 😊

Beautiful getaway from Calgary. Great owners who made it all very easy from the minute we got there. We brought 3 little kids and everyone was great to them and they had so much fun. The trailer was nice and clean and had a great amount of space for us all. Lastly my 3 year old left his favorite Iron Man figure behind and Tammy is sending it to us! (You made my wife's day) Thank you for everything!

Came from Langley, BC for a 50th wedding anniversary and booked one of the RVs for my stay. The beach was nice and definitely great for families. I rented the pontoon boat and had a beautiful cruise on the lake. The people operating this resort are very friendly and everything is nice and clean. Will definitely be back!

Tammy and Dean provide spectacular service: friendly, accommodating and above and beyond even 5 star hotels we have stayed at! The RV was well appointed with more than we expected, necessitating us to only bring bedding, towels and food. We had a wonderful three day stay and look forward to another stay soon!

Owners are wonderful and very accommodating. Resort is small with a great beach and canoe/kayak/paddle boats for use. Also rented the owners pontoon boat for the day and it was reasonably priced and so much fun. Great for families with young children.

This place is beautiful, small campground with a small town vibe of sorts, everyone is very welcoming and you'll feel like you've been here for years which is a good feeling to have staying alongside others. The boat launch and dock are nice and as pictured you can see that there are places to fish from on the dock. The campground has kayaks to take out for no charge and a playground for kids so there is lots to do. The lake itself is very warm around July and it makes for great watersports, fishing, and swimming.

To add the owners are incredibly nice and generous which is always a lovely thing to have. Overall I'd highly reccomend this campground especially if you're into fishing or watersports.

My gf and I rented a trailer this Canada day weekend with our kids. We had a great weekend until we got home only to find out we were being charged 500 dollars for something we did not do. The first day there we were told you cannot use the awning and they were disabled. Of course that’s a bummer for anyone with kids because you have no shelter outside from rain or the sun, but as 2 professional adults we respected that rule. The owners said we stood on the patio couch to force the awning out. Why would we do that? We were asked to not do that so we respected their wishes. Now we 2 single moms who just wanted to give our kids a nice weekend got billed 500 dollars we cannot afford for something we did not do. Very upsetting and now out money we do not have. If you rent there, make sure to take pics of everything before so you have proof just in case they stiff you after you are gone. They should have noticed this at the walk through. 😡😡😡😡

Its been 40 years since we have been back with the tornado that ripped through here, it looks fabulous today! Beautiful owners, beautiful people, nice neat and clean rvs right on the water! We had an amazing time.
