Went for lunch today, Jan 21/25. First time I've been there since they did the reno's. I had the combo plate for Chinese food. One of the ladies had a cheeseburger and fries and the other one had the chicken noodle soup. All the food was really good. The service was okay, It's kind of like a cafeteria with table service inside with slot machines all around so the ambiance was okay but the food was really good. I'll go back again.

Was very disappointed in the service or lack thereof at the restaurant. Sat down, the 2 waitresses on shift walked right by me no less than about 6 times (over the course of about 10 minutes) without a greeting, offering me something to drink or taking my order. They were focused on clearing tables, dropping off receipts, and collecting payment from people who had already finished their meals instead - demonstrates a real lack of prioritizing tasks and valuing a customer. The management has obviously not implemented a good standard, nor have they properly trained their staff.

On a side note....I went to Denny's a block away where I was greeted and served a nice meal within the same amount of time I had waited at the casino's restaurant - I had eventually walked out. The waitress at Denny's was friendly and excellent with customer service. She received a generous tip as a result.

Came out to the Casino just for their wing and rib night. Both were excellent but i really loved the dry ribs. They may be the best I've ever had! Very reasonably priced and the staff was fantastic! Especially Erica, who was bartending that night. She is the sweetest!

Steak dish at jackpot is very delicious the steak is very tender side salad is lovely thank you I will come again and again

My family had Supper here. Waited 1.5hrs for a table. Food was absolute garbage. I'm sure a Rez dog would have passed on this trash.

Ordered spicy chicken and veggies with rice bowl. Veggies were nice and crisp the rice a bit bland and the chicken was only half cooked with pink flesh and blood oozing out of the bigger pieces. Needed to stay in the cooler a couple more minutes I'd say. I hope Salmanila poisoning isn't going to be the final result.

Great place 98.9% of the time . Had a issue with one of the younger male staff members during a day shift a few months ago. He was quite rude, disrespectful, and judgmental. Other then that one staff member issue it's a wonderful place. Every other staff member is friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. On some afternoons they even give out cake or ice cream your pick. I have only ate in the restaurant once I got a club sandwich with fries and gravy. it was great. Very filling I have a big appetite and usually have no problem finishing my food but I ended up taking home some leftovers . I still give this place a 5 star rating I won't let one bad experience ruin it for the place .

We like visiting here maybe once a month. They have my favorite machines, and we always have a great time. People respect your reserve tickets when you want to save a machine while taking a break. My support puppy is always pampered and accepted here, Peter, our favorite staff brings her ice water, and the rest of the staff greet her, including the friendly manager. They all make us feel so welcome, safe and comfortable! They also offer top quality security. If you want great service in a fun,comfortable atmosphere this is the best place to visit for your entertainment needs.
