Super great service. My brother and I have been using it for rides to and from work and they're the best company we've tried out of all of them. Does not smell of cigarettes or other drugs, super fast pick up times and very smooth rides.

My driver, Lisa, is a real lifesaver. I was in a very tight situation and Central Cabs saved my day. From dispatch to the driver and even the drive to Truro was excellent. Lisa was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond. I thought we were not gonna make it on time and was on the verge of having an anxiety attack but Lisa kept me updated on ETA and reassured me that we were gonna make it.
This goes to show that this company is out to give an honest and compassionate service.

Usually good, but pulled a dirty one on us last night. Told us half an hour for a cab, we waited on the street at 1am for over the time they said, then when we called back they would no longer answer the phone, leaving us having to try to jump cabs on the way by.

Terrible service, multiple times.
Left me waiting for an hour in the freezing cold and I had to call back twice to get confirmation, also everytime I use this cab going to the same place there and back they charge me a different price everytime (no stops) they’re very unorganized but that’s typical for pictou county.
