Cathy is the best massage therapist I ever had. I’ve been seeing her for almost two years now and she is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have had regular massages, pregnancy, post partum and even brought my daughter for a massage with her. She is wonderful!

Kate Powell only had a 30 minute appointment available on short notice but I was desperate for some help with one sided mid to upper back and neck pain so I booked in and I’m so glad I did. My back felt much better post treatment and has continued to improve as the day has worn on. The treatment was soothing yet effective. Kates pressure is perfect and her rate and rhythm are spot on. I can’t wait to go back for a full hour tune up and relaxation. Highly recommended!

It was my first time getting a full body massage and to be honest, I didn't feel the effects of the entire process due to the stories we shared during the entire session. However, just as soon as I stepped outside, I felt a huge difference. I felt more fresh, muscles relaxed and energetic. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend it to anyone. After some searching I’ve landed at High Tide Wellness. I’ve experienced massages from Caty Sweet and Kate Powell, and both were amazing. Caty offers aromatherapy and cupping to help with my athletic recovery, and Kate provides a relaxing, comprehensive, deep tissue massage like none other. I look forward to coming back in 2025. I had booked my daughter for the massage appointment but unfortunately she wasn’t feeling well. Kate Whynot was very accommodating when I suggested I take my daughters place (I know - a real sacrifice on my part!). I received a great massage and Kate was very lovely. And I booked a new appointment for my kid and will also book another for myself after the busy holidays! Thanks Kate!

Fantastic facility and massage. It was my First time today and the warmth and connection from reception and Kate felt as if I have been coming here for years. A great experience that I will defintely be recommending to others. Really enjoy High Tide.
