They say “10 minutes” in aburg, meanwhile they will finally dispatch someone almost 30 minutes later and the driver shows they didn’t receive it until that time. Male dispatcher is not accurate, if he says “10 minutes” expect at least a 30+ - they weren’t busy either confirmed by driver

Mind you I couldn’t ask the driver to wait just about 10 minutes, obviously I knew the meter would’ve ran, but like seriously? I had to call a new cab, pay a new initial fee and wait more time for the dispatcher to send someone…

Aburg is great in some ways but well lacking in others…

I had to have my child ( with special needs) picked up from school and brought home as I was not in town to do so. Having never used this service...I was a little hesitant. The gentleman I spoke with was I!! Not only did he help me out with non specifics...he also called me to let me know my son was home safe, he had been paid and he hoped he feels better soon.
I will fully recommend this service, anytime...thankful they were available, my son had a great experience and blessed to have someone like this gentleman help my boy when I couldn't.

Changing a 5 star to a 2 We often have used this service and usually no issues when we are just calling to get home from a night out. However, we had planned ahead to be picked up at a predetermined time. Called twice to ensure the pick up time and they said it would be no issue. When it was 10 minutes past the pick up time we called to see how long they would be, but the dispatcher had no clue about the pick up... Suddenly he remembered and advised that it will take another 10 minutes to pick us up. We had a deadline to meet and planned accordingly. Unfortunately, they did not keep up with this planned departure time. Very disappointing. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are usually very friendly and on time. If you need a planned departure time... Don't count on them to be there without a reminder....

Marge from this company is the worst customer service person I have ever spoke twos. Argumentative and rude is the nicest I can describe her. My wedding was impacted by their poor company and true terrible service

The drivers are rude and the business is inconsistent. Only some of the drivers take e-transfer. Only some of the drivers have debit. it’s a shame that this service has gone downhill so fast. Nobody under 30 has cash on them. All your drivers should be taking e-transfer. I really wish we could get Uber or Lyft in this town. Hopefully one day.

Overall its a pretty good service. However, recently a driver looked at me as I sat in the cab like i'd grown a second head and asked why I was wearing a mask, and when I reminded him we're in a pandemic, he said "ohh kay... whatever makes you feel better." which felt very belittling.

I took a round trip yesterday from the Burg' to LaSalle and back.Marge picked me up and was very friendly. As the trip progressed I realized that I was going to be short on money. I'd not taken a taxi in years, and my guess as to what it would cost was just off. So I mentioned to her at some point that my ride would have to end because I was getting close to what I'd budgeted. Well, Marge was kind enough to complete the trip there AND back for the price that I'd budgeted for. I'm sure I don't have to mention how much I appreciated that. I just paid her the cash that I had and asked her to pick me up in one hour, which she did and was right on time picking me up. I thought the service was great and would recommend them.
