I read two reviews, if you are visiting the Niagara Falls and want to be in a nice place, close enough and far away... This is your place to lodge.

We have to start with the people running it: Extremely friendly and happy to serve, from front desk, to management, to cleaning crew, a perfect 10!

Rooms are clean and beds are good; small gym and indoor pool... it is a great place to stay 2-3 and more nights!

Price is excellent, not inexpensive but not out of range prices, just fine. Location is perfect, you can ‘touch’ the water, is right there and a well kept place to walk outdoors right there! Perfect.

Breakfast buffet was better than many ‘chain’ hotels, perhaps my only criticism is NOT to the hotel, is to the travelers... I saw people abusing and taking BACK PACKS full with food... Awful!

Highly recommended!

Sadly I don’t have pics from the hotel room/food... but the views are mainly from my room! 🙂

PS. Thank you Manager, I arrived to the Airport following your advise, from the Hotel to YYZ by bus, enough time... try it! is an extra!

Attendant physically blocked my car and wouldn't let me leave while he wrote a fake ticket for me despite me showing him my actually parking ticket and my credit card online verifying the charge.

Do better. This is completely out of line for him to not let me leave and I have video proof of the incident as well as the proof of original payment for the ticket.

Patroller cwham was on the false ticket as his name.

Don’t park here. Expensive parking for downtown Burlington, especially when cheaper options are so close by. The machine overcharged me $10 and getting a refund was a hassle and a half. I appreciate that they approved my refund, but they then charged me an admin fee and didn’t refund the entire amount when it was their machine that overcharged for a maximum parking time/fee.

The parking lot itself is fine. It’s safe and well lit at night. On Saturday night, it was full due to hotel guests and restaurant patrons. You pay at the meter and put the paper on your dash. However, if you just walk one block north along Elizabeth, there is a city of Burlington parking lot that is free on weekends (Elizabeth and Pine).

Machine did not work, online minimum was $20 as it did not allow to select min time. Scammy all around

Well 10 CAD for an hour of parking is insane! You can easily park during the weekends at the parking house nearby
