BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! We stayed for one night in the studio suite and had a great time. The interior decor of the hotel is beautiful and stylish. I love that they had postcards which you could mail from the lobby! |The staff were friendly and welcoming!|The room itself was fantastic and very spacious. Everything from the sheets to the robes were soft and luxurious. The soaker tub looked great but unfortunately the hot water to the tub wasn't working and so it couldn't get beyond lukewarm. A bit disappointing as I love taking a hot bath at the end of the day. Given we were only there for one night and out late I didn't bring it up but am sure if I had the staff would've been able to fix it if we had been staying longer.|Overall a fantastic stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

A special thank you to Nycole, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Jenna and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were always one step ahead, ready to assist with anything needed, and made sure both the couple and their guests were exceptionally well taken care of.

The level of professionalism and genuine care shown by the entire team made the day even more special. I highly recommend The Pearle to anyone looking for a top-tier wedding venue.

I really can’t say enough about this unique hotel.
Sadly we had a fire and needed to find emergency lodging. The Pearle came to our rescue. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond.
Yes the rooms are spacious and Yes the beds are so comfy and Yes the restaurant had amazing food!! But I would have to say the best part of staying here were the little things.. The girls at the Pearle’s Cafe who always remembered to save a chocolate chip cookie for me ( best baked goods around).
Too the amazing Valet guys (Matt and Andre) who always smiled and greeted you no matter how many times you needed your car.

Our room was so clean and turn down service was impeccable.. they also go the extra mile to show you how to use the nespresso machine. And leave little zen bottles of spray that you spritz on your pillow to send you off to dream land.

These little things made our stay for sure!! But before this stay started you meet the most wonderful and friendly front desk staff, who really do care.
If not for the amazing young woman (Dixita) who greeted us that first night with a warm smile, heartfelt words and compassion!!
This Hotel really does have it all.
You will not regret staying here especially if you love the little things!!

Have been to this boutique property twice.
Once to attend a wedding reception .And on another occasion to actually perform Muslim Wedding.

At the wedding reception the food, service, and ambience was outstanding.

On the next visit the service and welcome from the valet staff and front desk was spontaneously smiling and welcoming. Felt special though just a visitor.
Their Valet parking is convenient and well priced.

A very nice hotel, finishings are well done and the room is nicely furnished. The coffee maker makes good coffee! Service was very good from the valet to the front desk. We weren't there long enough to interact with housekeeping though. The location is good and we could look out at Lake Ontario from our room. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. In nice weather it's nice to walk along the shore. My only complaints were the toilet flushed loudly in the middle of the night and the air was blowing straight at me when I was trying to sleep. Minor issues from an otherwise very nice stay.

I stayed at the Pearl for my birthday, and what a dream it was. Every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly and kind.

Andre and Todd were a great help as we were checking in and taking our car through the Valet. Sydney helped us check in, very seamless and easy process!

My room had a “happy birthday” dessert waiting for me with a hand written note! We went downstairs for a drink at the bar, Aoun and Jay gave us great quick service!

Managers of Isabelle’s, Meagan, Kristin, Laura and Becca were all very kind and professional women.

The following morning we grabbed a coffee from the Cafe, Lauren was very knowledgeable on what coffees and treats would fit our liking. Lovely service at the cafe!

We then had breakfast at Isabelle’s, Kate was on the ball and had great recommendations for breakfast. One of the Chefs (Cameron) even delivered my meal himself! Such a kind gentleman!

Over all, every single person we encountered was over the moon with kindness. I felt like royalty. Will definitely be staying again and recommending this hotel to all friends and family.

Our experience at The Pearl Hotel in Burlington was fantastic. While check-in was a bit slow, everything after that exceeded expectations. The pool area is absolutely phenomenal—one of the best we’ve seen. The only downside is that it can get busy with spa day visitors, making it tricky to secure a daybed. Arriving early is definitely recommended. That said, the stunning pool and unbeatable location more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, The Pearl Hotel is an excellent choice!
