Funzilla is the Best!

My kids absolutely love Funzilla, and so do I! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. It’s the perfect place for kids to play while parents relax, knowing they’re safe. The locked exit doors give me peace of mind, and the open layout makes it easy to watch them while they have fun. The play structures and slides keep them entertained for hours, and the place is always clean and well-organized. It’s our go-to spot for family fun—highly recommend!

I recently had my daughter’s birthday party at this location, and it was an absolute blast! They have a massive space that can fit a whole bunch of people, and even though the centre was packed with activity, it never felt like there was anything missing for the kids. Their customer service was also top-notch - they went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for was taken care of, and even went above and beyond! I’ve been bringing my kids there ever since, and they absolutely love it.

You get to go to imaginasium and funzilla with just 1 pass. So that’s good.
But still overpriced compared to lil monkeys which has a yearly pass. Which is the only reason the 4 stars

Amazing, clean place for the kids! The place is grown up enough that kids of all size can enjoy. Akshay at Funvilla Ancaster was incredibly helpful and made our visit smooth and enjoyable. His friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out!

Had my daughters 4th birthday party there. The staff were so helpful and kind.

The set up was smooth and easy due to their help. Whatever I needed they did their best to provide. The room was clean and set up nicely. They even offered to help with the set up which was amazing as I didn't have much family there to help in that area.

The play areas was clean with lots of options to keep kids busy and entertained.

It was a bit busy with lots of kids and families but all the kids were happy by the end of the party so it was all worth it.

I also found the pricing to be reasonable compared to other play places we have been to.

Would definitely recommend.👌

I recently had my son's birthday party at Funzilla in Ancaster. I will start by saying the kids had a great time. There was plenty for them to do and they all went home exhausted, which is exactly what you want! Funzilla has many little extras if you forget (lighter, candles, knife, etc). Many other places do not have this. It was very convenient not having to worry if you forget since you are out of the way of a convenience store.

Now onto the improvements. When we arrived it was busy (beginning of March break, I GET it). We had bags, boxes, etc and they literally just told us to go to the space. No one offered to walk us over. We had the CHOMP room and there was a rope separating the space, but people had lined up their chairs in front of the space so it was completely blocked off. I had to mention to the employee that it was blocked and only then did they offer to show us where we were going. We had ordered the food package and the pizza arrived early (not a big deal), they offered to keep it warm for us, which was very appreciated. I had gone to the desk when we were settled to ask if we could bring the pizza over at a certain time and they offered to make an announcement for the kids. Awesome! That time came and went and since the kids were hungry, I went to the front desk and asked if we could please have our food brought over. They brought it over. I had to go to the front desk three times during our stay. EACH TIME one of the employees was sitting on her cellphone at the front desk. So obviously it wasn't so busy that they couldn't have remembered, or offered to come check on us. I've hosted birthday parties at other indoor play areas as well as trampoline parks. This was by far the worst service at any of these places.

The kids enjoyed the variety of obstacles. Good seating for parents to kick back including seating to eat and some more comfortable chairs as well. Snacks, drinks, and Pizza available on site as well for purchase. Will return!

We took our 3-year-old daughter here a couple of times and she absolutely loves it. It's very clean and spacious and very safe which is important. I also love that imaginasium is included with our visit
