Ashley helped pick out our destination for the wedding, Riu Pacifico palace, and it was amazing!
Coordinating booking 60 guests was a large feat but she did so quite well.
Sometimes it took awhile for responses but mostly waiting on tour operators for answers.
We had special requirements for travel for some guests and she arranged all of that for us.
She quickly answered my million emails and helped plan a wedding that was better than I imagined it would be!

Ashley was an absolute dream to work with on our destination wedding to Saint Lucia. She was very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We had a group size of over 40 guests and she was able to assist them all even though they were coming from various locations throughout Canada. Not happy with this company at all! They were quick for payments to be made to them but for a partial refund due to a change in lodging, took 4+ weeks to get and I had to contact them to see where the money was.
After a cancellation in flights, a change of destination along with Unmeasurable stress for all involved, now not refunding a couple who’s father fell terribly ill the night before departure
Beware of this company planning your wedding and looking after your guests. They are not professional at all.

Ashley made everything so easy for us! Communicated directly with our guests so that we didn't have to and responded to emails soo quickly, even on her day off. She got us a great rate for an incredible resort and offered so many extras. I couldn't have planned an entire wedding in 10 months without her!

Without a doubt a terrible travel agency, Tina and her team proved to be an absolute headache.
From not explaining things properly, to not getting back to us in a timely manner, this was hands down an awful experience.
When our destination wedding was almost cancelled, this travel agency couldn’t have been less motivated to find us a solution. They stood back a threw their hands up and said there was nothing else they could do. Would not recommend.
