Joli maison..endroit calme. La propriétaire très convivial. Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner n´est plus proposé sur place , elle nous donne 1 bon de 20 dollars pour 2 personnes ( un peu juste, vu le prix des plats) et le café est à environ 12 km de la maison...ce qui est un peu éloigné surtout si vous allez vous promener dans l´autre direction.

J'ai réservé la Happy house par téléphone avec la propriétaire. Je lui ai dit que nous étions 5, dont 3 ados, donc besoin 4 lits et que nous voulions notre intimité. À notre arrivée, elle nous a donné un miniscule semi-détaché avec 2 lits , une table pour 4, aucun espace pour mettre nos choses. Aucune intimité possible dans des semi-détachés. Mais, c'était propre et la vue est belle. Une chance que Cape Breton c'est magnifique et qu'il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire. Sinon, nous aurions quitté plus tôt.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Même si le décor de notre chalet était un peu spécial (décor hawaien) avec une lumière qui éclaire le bol de toilette, le chalet avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les lits étaient confortables

Excellente vu sur la mer !! Très relaxant comme endroit. Site bien aménagé pour la petite famille. Badminton, basket, jeu de ballon rotatif. Jeu de fer, balançoire,hamac.. de tout pour relaxer. Pour un arrêt de 2-3 jours sur la Cabot Trail c'est parfait.

This place is fantastic and Mrs.Lonnie is the best ❤️ We stayed here for the first time in 2023 and we absolutely loved it! Beautiful cottage with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, ocean view, barbecue, swings for the kids and laundry service as well! We definitely wanted to come back, unfortunately a bad accident happened to our dog on our way, in PEI, i informed Mrs Lonnie that we will not be able yo come only one day prior the booking date! Yet she made her best to quickly find a replacement and refunded us everything! She is a person with a big heart and someone who deeply loves animals ❤️ Her Sea Parrot Ocean View Manor is amazing and I highly recommend it!

This place was just what we needed. We stayed in one of the four semi-detached cottages and it was a great blend of rustic and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, etc that one would need. Beds were fine. Ceiling fans in all rooms did the trick. The grounds are clean and well-kept, with a nice hot tub overlooking the ocean. Very kid-friendly, with lots of games, DVDs, etc. Nice bonfires in the evening. Lonnie did everything she could to make sure that we had what we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure that our dog did too. The location is good, about 30 minutes from Ingonish and less than an hour from Sydney if you take the (free) ferry. There are a few eating establishments nearby. See you next time!

The house faces the sea, and the environment is beautiful. The home is cozy and clean, and the lady is incredibly warm and friendly. She even shared her recommended breakfast with us. We felt very sorry for arriving so late due to the long journey, but she was very patient and took the time to explain everything to us. We really appreciated her kindness.
