Completed a morning flight today. We launched from Waterloo Rod and Gun Club in St. Jacobs. The flight was PHENOMENAL!!! 10/10 all around! My pilot was Mark aka Irish. Him and his crew were professional, informative and humorous ... I loved it!! I personally don't like heights but never felt any discomfort. It was a smooth, calm, beautiful fogging morning! The take off, ride and landing were perfect. Just like a movie ... haha. I would definitely go again especially with this crew!! Thanks for the memories Sundance. 🙂

My wife and I flew this week to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We ended up flying this time, it was our fourth attempt. Three other flights before this were cancelled due to weather conditions. On Tuesday the weather conditions were perfect, and we finally flew. It was well worth the wait. We were on a sunrise flight. The sky was completely clear, there was only a slight breeze, and it was awesome to see the sun come up over the horizon from an entirely new perspective.
We highly recommend the experience, and the Sundance Balloon crew were amazing.

My mom, myself and two sisters had our first flight last night in London and it was an amazing experience. Our pilot jack was amazing, upbeat and knowledgable. The landing was the best part. It was definitely an adventure! I will book again with Sundance they rock!

We had an amazing experience with Sundance Balloons, with Mark (a.k.a. Irish) as our pilot! This is an experience not to be missed. We waited a long time but were happy to know that they were considering safety first when it came to weather cancellations. It was well worth the wait and we plan to do it again. There is nothing quite like it - the feeling of floating through the air, watching the sunset from the clouds. Note: getting in and out of the basket requires good mobility. +++ Recommend.

What an experience! My husband always wanted to take a balloon ride, but I was apprehensive. I put on my brave girl pants and bought tickets, and I am so glad I did! Our pilot, Phil, was amazing and made us feel comfortable the entire flight. We literally flew where the wind took us and landed in a quarry in Aylmer, QC. The whole balloon chasing crew was terrific. They served us champagne after we landed while they packed the balloon back into the trailer. Definitely recommend this experience!

Tip: Eat before you leave or pack snacks as part of the experience is waiting around as the balloon is prepared and dismantled. The flight was 45 minutes, but the time from pickup to drop off back to your vehicle was almost 4 hours.

It's was my first time taking a ride on hot air balloon with my wife whose been insisting for a long time and after 3 cancellations and finally on Sept. 5 we got the perfect weather for Sundown ride. With Mark our pilot. we got the best time just cruising the over farms. Stunning sceneries and very smooth feeling and quite up there. We will take another ride again in the future.

I have the best time and great experience being in hot air balloon for the very first time. It was perfect, the weather was nice. The Sundance’s team were very professional and organized. Jack (the pilot) was humble, funny and very entertaining. It was a pleasure having the experience with you and the team. I would definitely do it again…!!!

We flew with Jack this evening on the occasion of my mother’s birthday, from London, and it was a unique experience for us. We cherish every single moment to see how to set up the balloon and experience the peaceful flight above the fields, lagoons, horses and deers, city, and sky. Jack is knowledgeable and friendly. He is doing a great job in bringing passengers and crew together for making a fantastic time; getting us to know about the process, safety tips, exchanging information about the places and herbs we passed over, caring about people and environment, and last but not least flying professionally.
