Je suggérerais de ne jamais utiliser les affaires absolument terribles d'Ontario Northland. Ils viennent de me voler 96 $ pour un bus qui avait 50 minutes de retard (c'est ce qu'ils disent) et refusent de me rembourser. J'ai attendu dans le froid la nuit dernière pour les services qui ne se sont pas présentés. Et ils refusent de me rembourser 96 $, c'est littéralement une arnaque. Là, les bus ne viennent pas. Et ils prennent votre argent. Lorsque j'ai essayé de contacter l'entreprise pour expliquer ma situation, j'ai été très mal traité. Et à peu près dit de partir et ils garderont mon argent. Cela m'a fait pleurer. Merci

The driver missed a bus stop he had to turn around, the bus had no foot rest, the seating was to small, it was clearly an old bus, I have cancer so very uncomfortable for me, on the plus side, The driver was very polite and helped me with my bags and also helped me down the bus steps, I just wish the highways were only 80 KM/h.
110 /h is dangerous, especially in winter on icy roads, it scares me to death,

I love travelling Ontario Northland. The busses are clean, comfortable, and quiet, the drivers are always very friendly, there’s never any trouble with baggage! And the bus leaves right on time to the minute, every time, no delays. It’s also super affordable especially as a student. I always preferred northlands service over greyhound so I am glad they’re still around! Thanks for the dependable service.

Thursday evening bus was 1 hr late but they had called me the night before to advise that due to weather conditions it might be delayed. We lost satellite to track so I called operator to check. The representative was kind and professional. Sunday the bus was running a half hour late due to road conditions weather also. But all in all I arrived safe and the drivers were helpful and pleasant both times. Fares are very reasonable. Comfort is not excellent but thar is to be expected on public transit.

Bus is usually late. But I agree that the drivers are almost always very friendly and helpful. What I did find very offensive is part of the survey they ask via email after a completed ride. One question in particular actually asked was if I identified as an Indigenous person!! I couldn't believe what I read! Why on earth would they even ask that! It just seems so inappropriately racist to even ask. What does anyone's nationality have to do with riding a bus!! Shocking!

I took the bus from Bay Street in Toronto to Barrie on a weekday. The bus was on schedule, and it was a nice ride, so no complaints. It stopped over at Yorkdale Mall in north Toronto and then I think it also stopped further north. The bus was clean, no funny smells. I believe they have a WC but I would never use a WC in a coach, no way Jose!

I've Taken The Ontario Northland Bus From Renfrew To Kanata During The Night. Transfer Onto OC Transpo To Finish My Destination Numerous Times. I've Also Grabbed The Ontario Northland Bus From Here Heading Westbound A Few Times
