Highly recommended for the family! It's better to book online for a reservation. It often sells out at certain times. Try not to come during peak hours.

I am from Burlington and it's worth visiting.

If you are not going tubing, that's okay... there is a balcony where you can watch.

You need to complete a waiver for yourself and your children (kids).

Amazing place in Kitchener to get outside the house on a winter day and have fun.
Would recommend getting tickets in advance.
Dress accordingly. It’s cold there. Highly recommended to get your gloves and toque. Right time to dress up as true North.
There are restrooms and changing rooms if you want to change to snow pants.
You can either climb uphill (this is your fitness check moment) or you can wait in a queue for few minutes and take the lift (I’m not sure this is the right word).
There is plenty of parking but it’s pretty much packed. You might have to wait depending on when you arrive.

Overall, if you haven’t yet been here- do not think twice and just glide down that snowy hill. Hope this is helpful.

We had a great time. Weather was warm so I’m not sure it will last all week. We arrived at 930 for 10 booking. We could tube right away. Lots of parking with few people. Had online waiver and registration. Getting tickets was quick and easy. Very friendly staff. It got much busier around 11 so I’d suggest going first thing in the morning.

What an amazing experience! This was a long-awaited activity that we both really wanted to try. Skiing is difficult, and there’s a high chance of getting hurt. In comparison, tubing is much safer and just as exhilarating. We both had an incredible time.

One thing to note: we visited on a sunny Saturday, so it’s important to get there by 9 a.m. when it opens. That’s when there’s no crowd, and you can slide as many times as you want. By 9:30, the crowd had grown significantly, as you can see from the video. Just getting back up through the lift can take about 30 minutes, so you’ll only be able to slide three or four times unless you’re planning to walk. Since we arrived when the park opened, we managed to slide more than six times.

The staff were really polite. Definitely recommend.

What an awesome and fun place! The staff at Chicopee Tubing is so friendly and helpful. Kayla at the bucket window went above and beyond—she noticed one of my daughters broke her hair tie and kindly gave her a spare one. She also helped with my niece, who was hesitant about wearing her helmet, and managed to make her feel comfortable.

The slopes are amazing—fast and thrilling! Despite being a busy spot, the lineups move quickly, so you're not waiting long to get back to the fun. This place truly rocks for tubing, and we'll definitely be back for more!

I visited the park 2 weeks ago. It was the first time. It was excellent and really funny. I recommend you get the tickets online in advance; otherwise, you must wait. I realized that in the morning or before noon, it is not too crowded.

I recently visited Chicopee Tube Park on a weekend and had a disappointing experience due to poor crowd management. Even though we arrived on time, we were made to wait for 15 minutes in a line before entering. The system for checking online tickets is disorganized, and it seems mandatory to book tickets in advance. However, even if you arrive on time and encounter delays like a long line, you still lose valuable time because the 90-minute session starts from your allotted slot, not from when you actually start tubing.

In my case, I managed only three tubing runs during my 90-minute session. What frustrated me most was that, even though I still had three minutes left in my session, I wasn’t allowed to go for one final turn. They are extremely strict about timing, which feels unfair when so much time is wasted on waiting.
Another major issue is the lack of parking. It took us about 10 minutes to find parking because the space is very limited. Inside the park, there aren’t enough staff to assist. For example, there were only two employees managing the tubing slides, which made the process even slower.

There are two options for going back up after tubing: you can either walk up the hill, which takes about five minutes but can be tiring because of the steep incline, or you can wait for the lift. However, due to the crowd, the lift can take around 20 minutes to get you to the top.

Tips for Visitors:

Book in Advance: Ensure you reserve your slot online as walk-ins may not be accepted. Don’t forget to fill out the waiver online beforehand.
Arrive Early: If your slot is at 11:30 AM, arrive by 11:00 AM to account for parking and potential delays. The lineup to enter is included in your 90-minute session, so you risk losing valuable tubing time.
Plan for Parking: Parking is very limited, so factor in extra time to find a spot.
Overall, at $27 plus tax per person, I don’t think the experience is worth the cost. The poor management, lack of parking, and limited tubing time make it frustrating rather than fun. I wouldn’t recommend visiting, especially on weekends, unless they improve their organization.

For our family of four, admission was $126.56 for 90 minutes, plus an additional $30 for two helmet rentals since we didn’t have our own. It felt a bit expensive for the time allotted, but we managed to get in about a dozen rides since it wasn’t too busy. If you go during peak hours, expect longer wait times. That said, the experience itself was great, both the kids and adults had a blast. The tubing runs were well-maintained, and the conveyor lift made it easy to get back up the hill. If you’re looking for a fun winter activity and don’t mind the cost, it’s worth checking out
