Love having a bus . They may not always be on time but we're lucky to have a route here in the valley. Def need more drivers. Buses are always clean, kept tidy and most drivers are helpful when you have any questions. Really like the person who answers phones they are also very helpful. Books of adult tickets are $35. You can buy them on the bus by cash or in some stores. Seniors and students are cheaper. Kids under 5 ride for free.

15 - 30 minutes late at least 50% of the time, which unfortunately makes the bus difficult to rely on if you need to get to work or important appointments on time. They only come every two hours or so as well, which means a lot of wasted time if you opt for the earlier route (this is not even an option in the morning; the time when most people need to be on time). Service standards definitely need to be improved so that people aren't risking their jobs by relying on transit.

i cannot say thankyou enough for the great trip i had from Digby to Kentville,June 10th and June 12th.The lady who answered the phone,...sooo helpful!!!..thankyou for making this trip to see my friend so easy!!!!!..The drivers were so patient and kind towards me,expaining the route,transfers etc and telling me when i was to get off at my stop!..couldnt have been easier and for $4!!!..hahahahah...buses were all clean and comfy and the wifi was great...absolutely better than driving and what a great way to see our beautiful province!!!!!..am recommending to everyone,and am looking fwd to my next trip.

I had a worst experience with this transit system because sometimes their trackers don’t work properly so you can’t see bus on double map. Secondly, whenever u call them, they never give you proper information and say the same thing if you can’t see bus on map then it’s not possible for them to track it. If they have this issue they must fix this first at least someone can save time and energy and passengers don’t need to call at their transit station.

Way outdated system of using double map App . I don’t know how they decide not to run bus on Sunday . Are we supposed to sit home for the whole Sunday ? Halifax transit is way better. At least they have bus frequently and ON TIME . The drivers are nice but , the system is ridiculous and outdated for 2024 !!!!

I would give a better review if I didn't make me constantly late for work! If it went back to every hour, I'd go early to make sure I'm at work on time, but when I have to work at 1:15 and I work across the street from the mall, there is no reason why I should be late every day I have to take the bus!! The bus is supposed to arrive at the mall before 1pm, but I'm finding its getting later and later, I know there is road work, and I would go early to make up for that if there was a 12pm bus too, but to go for 11 and have to sit around Greenwood for 2 hours is just not something that I should have to do. Please bring back the hourly bus and I will gladly give more stars. Also, some bus drivers are great, and helpful and let me off where I need them to, other bus drivers are not kind, and drive past stops, what feels like purposely.

Most of the time, MY bus is NOT online so it's difficult to see where and when, it is located. I have to rely on the connection buses to know when it's leaving a specific place. Also, your fares page hasn't been updated... If it has been, I didn't see it... Still stuck on 2022 fare of 4.00$ per adult?!
