They have 3 flatform. Platform 2 and 3 are seems to be new.

If your new here, There are TV screen inside station to see information which platform is your train.

Their is also a friendly staff on duty at the main office to assist you just in case.

Clean and easily accessible. Service is good when staffed but there is a serious lack of parking at this station. There are a few coffee and snack shops a short walk away but nothing on site. Bathrooms are big single stall and clean. My favourite VIA station!

Clean and comfortable station with friendly staff. Make sure you stand in the front half of the station for announcements....it's hard to hear if you're near the vending machine and you won't hear them in the bathroom. Check the board well in advance of your train - there's lots of stairs (or an elevator) if you need to go to across to tracks 2 or 3.

Lost an earing on the train , the concierge was so helpful and told me she would check the train at the end of its journey. I recieved a phone call that they had found my earing. It was shipped back to me the next day on the train. I am so thankful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I appreciate you all❤️

I generally have never had anything but exceptional service from via, however, On one of my last trips with my service dog, who was registered and had a ticket for that train. Upon attempting to board The girl working the train grabbed my arm and yelled at me that my dog couldn’t come on the train. She had no reason to grab me, I pointed out that he’s a service dog and had a ticket issued and has been on the train numerous times. She said OK I went to board, I was on the first step when she grabbed my arm and pulled me backwards off the train saying I told you not to board the train with that dog. Cobourg station staff I believe was yelling down that he is on the train. So then we were allowed to board at which point she stated I’m sitting the two of you here. I pointed out that I would be sitting in the seats I paid for. Very very offended that Via staff member with assault me twice over boarding a train with my service dog
