Cette entreprise a trouvé des excuses pour facturer des frais additionnels, débités directement et sans préavis sur la carte de crédit de réservation. Sans même valider, ils n'ont aucunement hésité à facturer et n'ont eu aucune considération pour leur client. En plus, un service insultant et inapproprié a été utilisé pour tenter d'abuser et nous faire taire. Tout ça pour une propriété désuète et datées. Quand c'est trop facile de trouver des clients, et que personne ose divulguer les attrapes, ça donne ça.

Fantastic day spent exploring the County with Sandbank vacations. We chose a beer tour, such a yummy decision. Our Guide Peter, a local had so many great stories. We highly recommend him if you are interested in the history of PEC and the various families/vineyards. A day well spent.

We booked the County Trio Tour with Sandbanks Vacations to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and what an amazing experience! We were picked up at the requested location, and, to our surprise, we were the only ones on this tour. We felt like we were on our own private tour! Torsten, our driver, was truly amazing and made our tour one to remember! He was very knowledgable, and helpful! I would definitely recommend booking a wine tour with sandbanks!

We had an amazing time on our Sip N Cycle Wine Tour with Sandbanks. Jim and Thomas were our tour guides, and provided us with a fun-filled experience! Each stop was uniquely different, and being able to bike through Prince Edward County made the entire experience more exciting than your usual wine tour on a shuttle bus!

We had an incredible afternoon with Sandbanks Vacations. We were staying at the Brighton KOA and they helped us arrange pick up and drop off so we could get into all the tastings.
Our guide, Greg, was the absolute best. Amazing conversation, knowledge about wine and the region, as well as tips for other spots to visit.
We experienced great wines, incredible hosts and the exact relaxing, enjoyable tour we were hoping for.
We’ll be booking with Sandbanks again in the future and we’ll be sure to ask for a return trip with Greg!

The tour was absolutely terrific, the variety of liqueurs to wine to ciders was fantastic! We even got to add an extra stop and we were so appreciative. The planning behind this tour was out of this world. Our guide, Colin, was very knowledgeable and added so much to our experience. Will 100% come back for another tour!

We really enjoyed the Trio County Wine Tour with Corrine as our guide. She picked us up on time and was very engaging and answered all of our questions related to the area and to the business of vineyards. I would highly recommend taking the tour and adding the snack box which was delicious! A charcuterie platter in a box!! We had an amazing afternoon!
