I was looking for a good deal to fly and everywhere I went it seemed over my budget. I had the pleasure of seeing Salman at Royale Canadian Tours and he spent 3 hours finding me the best possibly flight itinerary and saved me thousands of dollars in the process. Vijay has helped us to book tickets last year during emergency travel to India. He did manage to find affordable tickets for onward and return journey at the last minute and also suggested various options to get the best fare possible. Hi guys I had to travel to India suddenly and tried to book a flight from Canada to India in the month of September I contacted Mr Vijay along with two other agencies for better prices. But honestly Vijay offered me the best Price compared to the two other agencies. I was satisfied with the best Price he offered me and suggested many of friends to contact him for booking tickets if they have any plans of traveling. Some of my friends who contacted him were also satisfied as they got the best Price. Vijay from RoyaleCanadianTours is a wonderful person to work with for any travel related arrangements. One of my friends introduced Vijay to me last year and since then, he is the travel agent for all of my friends as well. Hello Im just sharing this information to let you know our issue, we had sakhi book a flight for my father and agreed on the dates which was paid in full on the invoice. We later realized that the return ticket has an incorrect date which did not match the invoice. When i contacted sakhi on the fact he had messed up the return dates and booked it too early his only resoulution was too stay and extra day and pay for hotels and extra costs, this person clearly does not value your time or money he told me the dates on the invoice are invalid even though that is what was paid for, also there were also extra charges of $100 USD dollers charged to his credit card after he realized his first mistake on booking his original tickets to close to each other and he would not make it in time for the connecting flight and due to his lack of incompetance my father was charged on his credit card. Some type of fraud and incompetance on behalf of sakhi has my elderly father stressed, please stay away from these guys as they are lying they sell you one thing and give you another just to make a sale. Your better of booking your flight yourself from dubai to kabul on the Kam Air website to save you money and the incompetance of these ticket agents.

Salman Zaidi was very helpful from beginning to end. I honestly never knew that travel agents could be so caring and attentive. He went above and beyond every single step of the way. I can't say enough of how incredible the experience was having him take care of my trip to back home.
