Not gonna say much other then the owners clearly spend money on anything else but the upkeep of this place. Smell, bugs, hardly any lights working, and wifi is terrible. To the owners. Sell it to someone who will fix it or tear it down. How the city doesn't step in is amazing

This place is beyond a dump, it's dirty, it stink's.
I made a terrible mistake of staying there July/2023
The people that look after it sit out front drink beer and smoke dope, Was there a week they don't go in and clean the rooms daily, provide fresh towels etc.
You have to go ask for, also ask for fresh linen and change yourself.
The Salvation army is classier than this hole

Owners run the place like Taliban. Most people here are from jail. Constant fights. Hot water barely works. Costs money for air conditioning. No food in the area. Never return deposits. The whole thing is a rip off for deposits.

One of the worst place i have stayed in the developed world. The rooms has roches and was stinky. I was tired and did not have the energy to move out.

Only one good thing is on the shore of the lake and is very close to the highway too.

The stay was okay, bugs are on site and have to be careful and check your own room when you get it.

Location was great..room small...sheets an blankets dirty... Had burn holes an blood stains on them|We also got bit by bugs :(microwave old|No Internet reception.....would not recommend unless desperate for place to stay.. People were nice|.|Also no lite bulbs in lamps|||
