Beautiful apartment with touch of luxury worth a 4 star rating if not for the fact that AC never worked for my 4 nights stay at this facility. Addressed this to the Customer service WhatsApp number provided and was met with a bulky copied instructions on how to fix AC like I was a Technician. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO COME FIX THE AC after complaining from the very first minute we checked in. Very terrible hot 4 nights stay not worth it for this crazy summer weather. Y’all can do better.
