Lovely hotel! I stayed here for two nights with my sister and cousins. The room had enough space for our belongings, the safe was efficient, the bathroom had gorgeous lighting too. Room service provided great cleaning too. Breakfast was delicious—from sausages, pancakes, bagels, toast, milk, and juice, the food fulfilled my appetite! The area surrounding the hotel is generally safe. Though the hotel was generally quiet, there was never a concern for safety. The front desk was helpful and friendly too. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay for a couple of nights 🙂

Everything is new! We stayed in a bright and comfortable room, it smelled good and quiet. Staffs were all polite and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, a lot of choices for food, and I was impressed with the pancake machine! The gym was clean and it provided sanitizer wipes for cleaning equipments.

However there's something can be improved. We found a big stain on the sofa of our room, it should not happened in a new hotel. Eventually we didn't use the sofa. I know it's not a MUST because of concerns of environmental protection, they ran out of toothbrushes both am and pm. I was a little bit disappointed about this.

All in all, I still recommend this Holiday Inn.

Exceptional Service from Nishant – Above and Beyond!

During our recent stay, we accidentally left an important item in our room after checking out. Nishant, an attendant at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us recover it. He searched multiple areas of the hotel at different times, showing incredible patience and dedication. Once the item was found, he coordinated with us to ensure we could retrieve it as quickly as possible.

We want to extend a BIG thank you to Nishant for his unrelenting effort and compassionate assistance. It’s rare to encounter someone who cares so genuinely about guest concerns, and his kindness truly made a difference for us. The level of service he provided reflects outstanding hospitality—thank you, Nishant, for your exceptional support!

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel room I have ever slept in. All staff were super friendly and helpful

My husband stayed here for work and I tagged along. I wasn't expecting anything great but was pleasantly surprised. We had a nice spacious room with a big window, a very comfortable king bed, and a roomy bathroom (good shower pressure for those that care). There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, a pretty good Denny's on site, and decent parking. The only downside is cleanliness doesn't seem to be a huge priority in the rooms and hallways, but I'm picky about cleanliness (there were hairs in and on the bed, the window was filthy inside and out, the hallway carpets were covered in loose threads and visible dust.) Normally, cleanliness would have a huge impact on my star rating, but my husband wasn't concerned about the standard of cleanliness so I'm only docking one star because I do have a very high standard and it's possible the majority wouldn't care as much as I do.

From the moment I walked in, Stacy greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. - Love the new location! Literally smelled the freshness of the new rooms as I walked in! TV’s are awesome too! So happy they have upgraded ones unlike the other Holiday Inn’s.
