Un endroit calme et vraiment reposant. La tente était vraiment bien aménagé. Un séjour à la Robinson Crusoé version 2023 au top. Vraiment bien apprécié ce séjour.

We just had a wonderful 1 night stay in a chalet! We will definitely come back here, excellent value. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. Customer service was excellent, we had a minor issue that was promptly fixed. If you’re looking to unplug and enjoy nature this is the place for you 🙂

One of the best Getaway which is only 50 minutes away of the Halifax. I had a chance to stay at one of their A-frame cabin and it was amazing. Even its off-grid cabin I didn't miss anything. The room was clean and they also provided with all the essentials. Highly recommended and definitely come back again!

These cabins did not disappoint!!
A beautiful terrain with a beautiful lake, and many gorgeous look out spots. They have a wide variety of activities such as paddle boards, and ATV cruises. (We heard there will be many more to come as well)
What I most enjoyed about this area was that it felt very private. You could hear others, but couldn’t see anyone, it was very secluded and felt so remote.
We were very close to many hiking trails so we took the opportunity to explore those and it was well worth it. Such a prime location to sit and relax, or go for nearby hikes etc.
The cabins were gorgeous, clean, comfortable, we even had our own little deck on the water to look out. We will definitely be coming back!

We found this spot by chance and we're so happy we did. The cost was so low that we didn't expect much. But we were blown away. It's absolutely beautiful here. Since it's the shoulder season, the leaves have started to turn, which made the journey up the long, and very steep driveway even more amazing. Once we made it to the top, we had no trouble locating our safari tent. We stayed in Over The Moon. The campsite was absolutely beautiful with twinkly lights leading the way back to the yurt. The lake nestled into the center of the property was such a beautiful sight. They offer paddle boards - no additional fee! We snuck back out to the dock when everyone was alseep and I was surprised with the most perfect proposal under a million stars. (I said yes!)
It is the perfect location and we cannot wait to come back here every year to spend time together, make memories and see how this amazing property has been expanded.

(The only thing we did not enjoy too much was the porta potty, which was getting quite nasty - but we'd put up with it again for sure. A small price to pay for a little piece of heaven.)

My partner and I had a great time staying in one of the Chalets at Porter’s Peak! It has everything you need for an amazing “glamping” experience. The bed and couch were super comfortable, the kitchenette/outdoor cooking area had everything needed for meals, and a fire (with wood included) was a great way to end the evening. The lake was warm and perfect for swimming, and the paddle boards were so fun! We found it to be very peaceful and quiet, and it made for an ideal spot to disconnect from phones and the distractions of busy everyday life. We would definitely recommend this spot and look forward to future visits!

Such a great hidden gem. Highly recommend a SUV or truck to get up the private road. Everything you need is there except your own food and a cooler. We loved the fireplaces and enjoyed a morning dip in the lake. The portapotties were super clean. We will tell all our friends! So delighted to have found this spot!
