I wish I could give this daycare 0 star, this is one of worse daycare, as last review said they are very good at hiding things, I am completely agree with that, my girl bitten badly from one of aggressive child at 12 noon and they called me at 4 pm saying they just came to know, well they were actually waiting if the mark can go before parents picking up time and they never have to mention. Then my girl finger punched in door, they did not provide written report and they even don’t know which finger it was.
They try to hide incidents happen to your child if it is not visible by parents. And when you show your concern about your child they more interested defending themselves then understanding parents’s concern. I met another mother whose child being pushed by one of child there and that child walked on him and sit on him couple of times and all this information she came to know from her son instead their educator. So yes they will try to hide incidents happens to your child as much as they can do. I immediately withdrew my girl after experience all of these things in less than a month. I had big trust and safety concern with this daycare, but they were more interested asking two weeks notice vs taking my concern in account. There business and reputation are only their priority not kids and parents.
Regarding the response I got I would love to mention they never reply our emails but here saying contact us regarding issue, also when I wanted to withdraw my girl from this daycare a director called Shelly said they won’t charge two week notice if her safety is concerned But Shelly and another director name Esther did not keep their words and end up charging one week because we did not give them written notice even though we gave her verbal notice. I even told them that I was being induced labour in Civic hospital and we had no family to take care of our daughter and we had no time to Give written notice but they never reply back my emails. They are are insensitive.

But I am happy that I finally got a good daycare for my daughter which is stittsville childcare centre, I get her everyday report with lot of pictures through hi mama app, everyday they send pictures of activity she did and also pictures of food kids eating which makes me feel good.my girl always happy to go. Also it’s not crowded like KRP where they kept 28 kids in one room.

I have seen this centre treat both its employees and the children unfairly. Specifically Andreane whom I have seen say to a boy "you can't talk to me like that" in a very rude way when he asked for more milk. She also treats her coworkers differently based on favouritism. Things in the centre seem to be perfect, but they are very good at hiding things.

We have used KRPFC for 5 years. Our two children have very different needs and in both cases we opted for continuing into JK because no one else would consider their individual needs in the same consistent and loving way. Educators are teaching, role modelling and at the same time letting them be kids. Educators have also been very helpful in helping us as parents to reframe our thinking to a more child-centered approach and I am grateful for that. I have noticed in the last few years how consistent the care is across classes and teachers, each educator follows well laid out processes and procedures approved by the various authorities. The amazing outdoor space and natural environment does provide more opportunities to tumble, get bruises and scratches. As a parent I prefer that and we never had any serious incidents.
