Wonderful marina, right in the beach and river with its own pier!!!
Insane fishing, best sunsets ever...
They have a boat launch, massive sling launch, gas dock and a pumpout station. There is a licensed restaurant on the site that makes great food at even better prices... They also have great slips with fire pits and picnic tables, fully serviced. Washrooms and showers on the beach and marina, laundry, playground for the kids, a heated swimming pool, gym, and two tennis/ pickleball courts.
They also have a full service parts and repair center for all of your boating needs, with a retail store selling boating toys and accessories.
Wicked waves for surfing and body boarding, especially on the public beach side across the river.
About a fifteen minute walk to downtown Bayfield and the excellent night life and restaurants.
Why only four star? The tennis courts need resurfacing badly, we have a hell of a time playing sometimes. It seems the clubs they used to have haven't returned at all. The sailing club, the tennis club, etc, with no more leagues to play in. It really built a community where you got to know everyone. But otherwise it really is
A great place to play and kick back...
It is by far my favourite marina on lake Huron so far and I have sailed into most of them... Enjoy!

What a dope spot! I love Bayfield. Lots of rowdy characters who love to have fun in this marina. When I get a slip, I want to be in this dock system.

This marina has lots to offer. Beautiful views from atop the berm, a beach that's quite private, good pool, friendly people and great access to Lake Huron - just to name a few. Bayfield is such a cute town to explore as well, with lots of local shops and a nice playground/splash pad in the centre of town. Great place to bring littles.

If you're looking to just access the beach, but aren't a member of the marina (and therefore don't have the gate key), you'll have to street park outside the marina gates and walk quite a ways to access the water.

Had a nice dinner at the restaurant, then went for a brief stroll down by the docks. As decades-long members at two Ontario yacht clubs, and after visits to dozens of marinas/clubs, we've NEVER experienced such a rude and arrogant group of boat owners. Not only did they tell us to leave (impolitely!), they actually 'shooed' us away with hand gestures. Unbelievable. They suggested we were illiterate - that we couldn't read the sign stating it was private property. Wow.

On our way back to the parking lot, we spotted the tiny sign to which they referred, under a tree, +/- 20' from the 'sidewalk' leading to the docks. We'll never be back...by land or sea! 🙁

Although at times communications with the staff can be moderately confusing, overall it is a well run marina with a pool, showers, and bathrooms.

Harbour Lights Marina is fantastic. Great staff and helpful friendly neighbours in the other slips. Great place to keep your boat.

It's a nice marina. Well kept for the most part. Bar restaurant right beside it and it's a quick 15 minute walk to a very nice downtown Bayfield.
