Staff are terrible. Don't give proper directions to the guest rooms. They don't even know the street names. Front desk NEVER answers the phone. Had to drive to the front desk to make an appointment for the pool. Rooms are amazing, well stocked and clean and spacious. Pool is amazing, huge sized hot tub so you're never too close to a stranger. Pool is large too. Location is minutes from Collingwood and Blue Mountains Village. Great experience, but hire better staff!

The front desk has no idea what units are where, nor are they familiar with the street names. The building is in disrepair, the unit has pint all over the carpets, the dishwasher is full of dirty dishes and so on and so on. Dump! I could tell them how I really feel, but sadly they don't answer the phone 🙁

During Covid, I expected to be in a sanitary room. There were things hanging from the ceiling, mRNA underwear under a ledge in the bathroom and I was getting bites on my ankles.

We were there for a potential vacation package (“time share”) presentation. In my opinion, you should be putting potential buyers in nicer rooms, not old dirty ones.

I would not stay there again.

New section at living waters; our problem was the staff gave us contradictory information on several issues regarding complementary meal/social gatherings.
The reason for the visit was to try and get us to buy into fractional ownership, we always figured that if this was such a good proposition it would sell its self.
Our unit is in the old part of Cranberry which l am afraid to say has been going downhill for years: poorly maintained accommodation and was/is a glorified build site. We have tried on several occasions to get rid of our timeshare and have found it always is going to cost us more money
