Absolutely amazing playplace with a wide variety of fun and engaging play options for kids. The space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Best indoor playground in Vaughan with excellent customer service from Vern and his team. We’ve hosted several kids birthday parties at FUNtastic forest and Vern and his team are top notch. He makes everything super simple and he's easy breezy to deal with! The place is clean, spacious, well-maintained and all of our guests always enjoy thoroughly. Vern goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and to ensure we have what we need for each party. Would not hesitate to recommend FUNtastic Forest for birthday parties (as we do to all our friends) or just to let the kids run and play, and we will definitely be back! 10/10 review! This place is a great indoor playground for kids. I've been to a lot of places like this and they are filthy. This place is CLEAN. Great layout, good size rooms (double room available for a larger party) and the manager, Vern, is just a great guy all around. He will go out of his way to make sure your party is what you want and is flexible to work with. Would recommend 100%!

I can't express how much Funtastic Forest exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect place for my daughter's 5th birthday! The kids absolutely loved it and so did I! The playground provides endless fun. Most kids said it was the best play place and party they had been to! I can't thank Vern and his team enough for the exceptional service they provided. He went above and beyond to ensure we could provide the best party possible. He was amenable and compromising because he understands how important it is for any parent. Thank you so much, it really was a phenomenal experience. As most people have commented the facility is very clean and well maintained. I'm also very appreciative to Vern for being so accommodating with my walker-bound mother, thank you. We can't wait to come again!

It's a nice place for kids. We were invited to the birthday party. My 10-year-old is already overgrown for that place, but smaller kids had fun.
What I like the most is that the space is not that crowded! We also have a 7 month old baby, who had fun, though! Most importantly, he was calm since the place was not overwhelmed

Where do I begin? I hosted my daughter’s birthday party at this play place a couple of months ago. Vern was great to deal with, this place is extremely clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Everything went smoothly. There’s no hidden and extra fees like the other places nearby. The quality and service they provide was above and beyond my expectations. If you have any plans to do your kids birthday party at a play place this is the place !!!

Worst indoor playground ever very bad customer service. Especially behaving very badly with kids. The have Drinks on show case and expect a 2years old to name the drink without pointing, if the kid touches the screen and point the drink, they will behave very rudely!! Stop touching stop touching. I spent over $60 so my kids have fun. Not to experience such a bad customer service.

This place could use a lot of improvements in terms of maintenance. There were enough options for children under 2 to play. The older kids also didn't have many options beyond the main climbing area. The food/snacks options were limited as well for parents and kids. The staff was OK. They didn't have something as basic as bathroom slippers since the place didn't allow shoes(which is great). We had to manage without going to bathroom for 3-4 hours because we are just to comfortable using public washroom in our socks.
