Just got back from Cuba. I booked online with P&G for the first and last time.
After I booked online, I get a call from Khalid from p&g the following day. This is what he asked 'did you book a trip'

I found it odd that I had to send a copy of the front and back of my credit card to Khalid.

You do realize if the person's name that booked the trip is identical to the name on the credit card -that means YES! It is me that purchased the vacation package with my personal credit card. DUH!?🙄

The agent at my credit card support line suggested to report my credit card stolen and get a new one as a result of this fiasco.
Otherwise, the trip was fairly nice. The weather in Cuba was nice! Sunwing was Sunwing trying to nickle and dime everyone.

P&G definitely need to brush up on customer service or get out of online travel booking.

P&G's response isn't good enough for my credit card company. When the support agent heard that p&g got a copy of the front/back of my credit card. She immediately told me to declare my CC stolen.
The way I see it. I prevented any potential fraudulent activity with my CC. Thanks to your policy I had to go out of my way and cancel my credit card and wait during a postal strike to receive a new CC.
Again, if P&G don't know how to make customers feel safe and comfortable with using a credit card to purchase a vacation.

Then get out of online travel booking!

I can not thank P&G travel enough, especially Representative Khalid. His patients from the moment we met with him at the agency he helped us with vacation destinations, that would accommodate our interest spending a no rush visit at his office to totally satisfy our interest. Khalid also arranged to meet with us to help us with all new procedures to get us on our way also contacting hotel in Mexico to arrange our preferences. Explaining all procedures for Mexico customs and any expected paper work he submitted for all 4 of us. Khalid always answered his personal phone that he shared his number with us in case we had questions beforeand after our departure

Our office had a team-building trip over the weekend at Niagara Falls. Everything was organized by Jacqueline, and everyone had a fantastic time! It was all memorable from start to finish. Our driver, Ben, is amazing!!!!

Thank you to Giacomo for listening to our needs and fulfilling a dream for our family trip to Italy in 2024! We had several meetings with him and it was evident by his suggestions that his expertise in customizing vacations was clear. His knowledge of the regions in Italy allowed us to experience those locations fully with guided tours, personal drivers, exceptional hotels, experiencing the adventure on the trains and even local literature on places to see and places to eat to get the full experience in that city. From Calabria to Tropea, to Napoli, to Sorrento, to Capri Island, to the Blue Grotto, to Florence, to Abbruzzi and finally to Rome, was a first class adventure. I must also mention that the personal dedication Giacomo had to investigate our hometowns and find the perfect hotel and restaurants for our needs was impeccable! He spent countless hours working on our behalf to make our first time in Italy an extremely memorable one. Our trip was planned by Giacomo by listening to our needs and what we wanted to explore as a family, our little hometowns, the big cities, the culture, the food and the people. Before we left for our trip we met with Giacomo and he had a day-by-day Itinerary printed for us, along with contact information for each location we visited. He had our boarding passes printed for us too, so check-in at Pearson was quick and easy. If you are looking to book a trip with a travel agency who cares about their customers' experience and can make dreams come true, look no further P&G Travel checks all the boxes!! Our experience with Giacomo especially his devotion to deliver on what we wanted, his personal recommendation's and his attention to detail was exceptional. I will always book with Giacomo at P&G Travel, he listens and is a true professional who makes dreams come true!!!! 10+++++++++ Viva Italia!!

Wow so my review got taken down because they don't what people to know the truth of what happened with the terrible travel agent KHALID. Let me just rewrite the truth of want happened for a 3rd time. Before our trip to Portugal for a wedding, we wanted to extend our trip that we knew we could do and mind you we had email 7 months in advance that we want to extend the trip for and extra week. So we go into the agency and get told this from KHALID " we'll normally i would be able to extend it like 5 days before your departure but I have some rude encounters with other people in the group that were going to the wedding so I issued everyone's tickets and now I can't extend it". He then tells us we can extend it for a stupid price also not our mess up if you would have done your job and make sure everyone was happy with their trip plans before you issued everyones trip and with out a call or emailstating that he was issuing everyones tickets, that's on you KHALID. Now because there is nothing we can do i wrote a review 1 week before leaving, of the truth of what we experienced. Now the day we are leaving for Portugal, we are in a uber to the Toronto Pearson Airport and my husband gets a call for a family member to tell me to DELETE MY REVIEW or KHALID will TAKE ME OFF THE FLIGHT over my Google review and now removing my second review that I wrote from when we got back home about the truth of our experience with KHALID, so here i am rewriting a 3rd review. The fact that the agency took my review down is ridiculous because that's exactly want happened and not one person hasn't even apologize to us for any of KHALID's mess ups and the threatening to take me off my flight and he also threatened other member of the group that was going to this wedding in Portugal. DO NOT HAVE KHALID BOOK YOUR WEDDING, HE REALLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR GUEST ATTENDING. Maybe instead of delecting my review maybe you should see how you can fix it / change my mind and then I could write a 5 star review and then say I had a great experience with this travel agent, but as of right now I wish I could give a 0 star review especially after taking down my 2nd review. Last words here DO NOT USE KHALID TO PLAN YOUR INTERNATIONAL WEDDING.
